Clarifying bus driver... Our bus driver is a
single mom with 2 girls - one the same age as my son.
Oh no! Not THAT bus driver again!!
l
I don't think it's a driver... sm
I think the BP may stand for the gas (fuel) associated with NASCAR.
bus driver
The bus driver could be some freak who wants to do something bad. We get our mail delivered by the same person every day, seems nice enough but I don't REALLY know him. I wouldn't trust him to know my child was home alone, same with bus driver, or neighbors unless I knew them extremely well or did the same for their kids. You can't trust anyone these days. Look how many people KNOW the person who does something horrible to them or their family members.
Well, as an ex-school bus driver...
Shut Up and Hold On!
New teenage driver
I am getting ready to add my 15 year old daughter to my car insurance, can anyone give me a ball park figure of how much my insurance will go up, has anyone done this recently that can tell me how much yours increased? Thanks in advance. The car she will be driving is about 7 years old but I think I have to also add my van?
Teen driver
I made my son pay his own tickets as well. He might have had a couple, total, but he soon learned. He's 21 now.
Wow! Did you know that your driver's license is sm
on the web? Thanks to homeland security. Check to see if yours is uploaded and on the net! You will not believe this!!!

teen driver
When my daughter got her license I gave her my older vehicle and she was responsible for gas and insurance. She paid for her repairs, but I helped if they were very high. My insurance agent told me to put her on her own policy so I would not get sued if she had an accident and my rates would not be affected by her driving record. By her living in my home she was able to get my discounts, ie., two car discount, different safety features on her vehicle, and home being insured. This was a wise choice as she had two small accidents within a year and is now paying high risk and my rates didn't change, but my insurance would have gone from $300 to $2600 every six months if she were on my policy. She hated having to pay since all her friends' parents were footing the whole bill, but now in college she appreciates it because she knows how to pay bills and budget her money while her friends are always bouncing checks or calling mom and dad for money.
Taxi Driver...
"You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me?"
I was curious about the driver saying
I have them both in the car. I understand the mob wanting to get rid of David but why Sabrina. Wonder if further on down the road there will be a twist and she won't really be dead, Like after Vic and Niki get back together. Hmmmmmm! Makes you think!
What does the bus driver knowing have to do with this? nm

Yes the bus driver could be a molester - sm
but doubtful. If your school is anything like mine ALL employees are carefully screened. I am a substitute bus driver and talk about red tape. I had to get finger-printed with the local police, have a criminal background check, drug and alcohol tested, as well as a very long application and a physical exam in order to get hired for the school. (as well as a 48-hour training course and of course had to pass my bus driving test at the DMV). So in theory the driver is a "safe" person, unless they just have never been caught. The group I work with are all great women (30+ of us), there are no male bus drivers here except the mechanics who sub when they have too. Just educate your child to tell you if their caregiver does anything strange , or touches them, etc, I have drilled it into my kids heads as my DH is convinced that whenever they stay over a friends house that the father/boyfriend is a child molester. It is a wonder my kids ever get to go anywhere.
The MC driver was not to bright to be - sm
driving with headphones/ear buds on is not responsible driving on a motorcycle. He is lucky he got his money back at all.....you'd think you would be more careful wtih that kind of cash on you.
Considered being the driver instead of the passenger?
I too have RLS. I have found that for some reason I do much better as the driver than as a passenger. Can't explain it but it's true.
My husband is a truck driver too. . .
We got married when he was in his early 30s, so he had a hard time changing his lifestyle. He spent all of his free time with his single friend. I never, ever worried about the two of them going to bars or anything. Their idea of a good time was having a couple beers and talking about tractors. His friend is a farmer, so he has a lot of free time in the winter. Sometimes I think my husband felt bad because they spent so much time together before I came along and then all of the sudden, things changed. His friend is in his late 30s and had never been married or had kids. After I had been dating my husband for about a year, his friend went to an online dating service and found a girlfriend. He was very shy, so that was a big deal! That was 3 years ago, and they are engaged now. My husband doesn't see him so much now, but they talk daily on the phone. We also moved about 30 minutes away. We have neighbors that he likes to spend time with, but he tries to keep it to just the weekend. Also, my husband gets very stressed driving in the winter and needs to relax once in a while. Does your husband's friend have a girlfriend? If he doesn't, maybe you could introduce him to some of your girl friends. He might just be lonely. I know it's hard for you to be sitting home when your husband is hanging out with his friend. I told my husband once that I felt like a single mom! I think you do need to let your husband know how you feel. Good luck to you!
Question about uninsured driver?
If you know that someone is driving without insurance, has been for several years, and doesn't plan to change any time soon.....
And, they are an alcoholic who makes runs while under the influence to pick up more whiskey.....
Is there anyone an average citizen can report the uninsured (insurance is required in this state) to?
Or, do we have to wait until they hit someone or something and it is discovered?
In California, it comes from driver's licenses...
because they don't want to discourage people from registering to vote.
Sounds to me like you need to reinstall the sound DRIVER. (sm)
If you need help on where to locate the link to do this, email me.
Here is another truck driver's wife's view
My husband was older than yours when he (and I) married. He was 49, first marriage. We spend a tremendous amount of time together, he even has his computer setup in my workroom. When he wants downtime, he has his own room for his guitar strumming and then a real stay-around type person. I love the time we are together so don’t know what to say to the original poster but not much of a marriage there if no time left over for wife.
Obviously you've never had a family member killed by a drunk driver.
Long ago? Time has nothing to do with it. The man has an alcohol problem and left the scene of a homicide. Sounds like you're ok with that. I'm not. It speaks volumes about his character.
I dod get regular paps (sm)
Had one about 7 or 8 months ago. Had dysplasia about 10 years ago, conal biopsy and LEEP. Have always had normal paps since. I have a lot of symptoms don't want to be too graphic - hot flashes, bleeding between periods, pink dschg and another I don't want to say on here. I had attributed all this to perimenopause until this last symptom which has me scared now.
You are a regular laugh
xx
How is it different from regular shampoo?
Is it conditioning? I have to avoid conditioning shampoos, so I've wasted a lot of money trying shampoos that are all about conditioning the hair (It irritates the skin).
regular or flavored?

Well, regular people might be
ignorant but what about the humane shelters who refuse to adopt them out because of their aggressive nature? You can talk and talk but it does not change the fact that these dogs are well known for their mauling and killing of people. Just because you love does not make it otherwise. Stick your head in the sand, no one else cares but most people have sense enough not to own.
Oh, and you forgot, his is not on a regular basis
either. I think he does not have enough information to make any kind of judgement on a home at this time. Where I live in the US you do not borrow from family/friends/anyone to put down a down payment. Rules are strict and no interest is a crazy thing to do. Repossessions are at an all time high- probably because of this.
Does he do this at his regular feeding times?
Have you cut back not only on the amount of food but the amount of times you feed him? If so, that may be why he is reacting this way.
My dog is overweight, too, and since he has problems with his legs, the vet wants us to try to help him lose weight. She said to feed him small meals more often so that he will feel satisfied but to make sure we cut down on the total amount of food given per day.
So maybe that would work with your cat - smaller meals, more often. Worth a try, right?
Relaxing..my regular days off are Wed, Thu, and Fri...
so luck out this year!

Bake like a regular potato
They are good if you make them just like a regular baked potato too and just add butter, salt, and pepper. My husband also grilled them in foil this summer with butter and just a touch of brown sugar and they were great. I do not like the canned, fresh are MUCH better and less sweet from the start. I also saw a recipe for sweet potato chips in the oven. I haven't tried it yet and can't remember where I found the recipe but I'm sure you can Google it.
So you do regular maintenance on the computer..sm
Such as check for Windows updates, deleting your cookies and browsing history, scanning for errors, and defragmenting? If you need help with any of this let me know. I can give you instructions on it. I have Windows XP so that is the version I know about. I don't know about other versions. These things really make a difference.
Dizzy regular - did you find out what's wrong?? (nm)

How about regular old-fashioned wax furniture polish? sm
Beware, Kitty might skid on that towel and dig in with her claws to steady herself.
It's very nice of you to be kitty sitting!
Meant : Do you do regular maintenance not "So"

I get mine from a regular grocery store
What you want to buy is a "city" ham, not a "country" ham. City hams have less salt. Smithfield hams are good. I've also tried Cooks' and Hatfield. Don't know if they sell those in your part of the country.
I get a catalog called Burger's Smokehouse and those hams look absolutely fantastic. I would love to order from there but I'm strapped for cash right now.
The past 2 years, we have gotten a 1/2 pig from a local butcher. DH loves them. I'm not crazy about them.
The only show I watch on a regular basis
is Grey's Anatomy - could NOT live without it!! Really, that's the only TV I watch too. I catch glimpses of other shows as I'm walking through the living room but have too much to do to just sit there.

My Sheltie eats dog food on a regular basis...
but he loves baby carrots. My cat, on the other hand, LOVES apples. Never had a cat that ate anything other than cat food.
Can't they just wear regular Champion or Nike stuff with the

She's a regular on Court TV and has a show on Headline News
I'm not a huge Nancy Grace fan, but I do appreciate her spunk! She is an advid advocate for the prosecution. When she was young, teens or early 20s?, her fiance was killed in front of her in a convenience store. After that she became a prosecuting attorney and then got a gig on CTV.
She's very, very pro-prosecution to the point of when the person is arrested, they are guilty according to her. Many times they are guilty, but she just takes it a little too far IMO.
She also never forgets the victim, who sometimes gets lost in the shuffle, and for that I do admire her.
Anyhow, she has a replacement tonight if you happen to be watching.
My husband is drug tested on a regular basis
for his job, just took 1 yesterday. It can be at any time, when he is arriving or leaving work and being as he has a responsible job, I am totally all for it as he is.
Well, this would become regular open angle glaucoma if it progresses to that which
it certainly may. I am not fond of thinking of using eyedrops with all their side effects.
Agree with this. Regular aerobics and no white foods/sugars. nm

Regular exercise helps, too, but watch for depression if you're

Bet I see her at our area managers and directors meetings on a regular basis! :)

I've lived in the snooty HOA places and amongst regular people
With all due respect, I'm not a conformist and have no desire to feel 'unique' in a development simply because I get to choose 1 of 3 styles of carpeting, 1 of 4 styles of roofing material, etc. I don't like being boxed in or having others make my decisions in life. I'm far too independent to be subservient to a group of individuals who decide what is aesthetically 'acceptable'. I've no desire to associate with people who exude your smug, self-satisfied attitude that simply because you pay others every month to dictate what you can and cannot do with your own home. I've lived in a place like this, very briefly, simply because I got tired of trying to explain to first-time visitors which condo was mine because they all looked just alike, nothing unique about ANY of them.
MT work is isolating in and of itself. I've no desire to further isolate myself from society by feeding myself a false sense of security or self-righteousness that because I'm in an HOA-dictated community that I'm better (or safer) than anyone else.
The day someone tells me I can't put a decoration up without permission is the day I move.
If I wanted to live by someone else's rules, I'd have lived with my parents all of my life.
Indepenence equals freedom to me, and by letting someone else dictate what I may or may not do with something I pay hard-earned money for is just tacky.
This was simply an honest post/poll made by a regular poster.
