have a heart to heart with him and find out why he married you when he felt brotherly toward you (if you don't already know that part).

Find out if he is satisfied in this type of relationship or just staying for the young child. Decide whether or not you are satisfied with that (and the other stuff that has gone on) and make a joint decision about what is best for all.

You both deserve to have passion AND trust.

Also, have you made efforts to add real passion to your marriage. Sometimes people thing the feelings simply cannot exist for them, but behavioral/activity changes can often make a HUGE difference.
