That is so sweet and touching. I wish more people said these things. Everyone wishes they had when its too late.
I think I am going to get a nice notecard to send a similar message to my mom. I have told her on several occasions in recent years that I now understand why she did certain things and thank her for doing them. Everything is different when you are able to look back at the entire picture and not just a small (often one-sided) piece of it...especially through the teenage years! lol
