Prewaxed strips, such as Veet or others available at drugstores, or even an epilator or hair removal cream.  I have tried Veet and it works good, but my favorite strips are the "Hair-Off" brand.  I get them at Rite-Aid.  The prewaxed strips are very easy to work with.  They will leave some residue, but you can use some oil, like baby oil or olive oil, to remove that.  I also have a Braun epilator.  It works great as well.  It is painful, honestly, but it removes the hair.  With either, you just need to make sure that you are exfoliating.  The pores close faster than the hair grows back, so you need to keep them open.
