It is not part of an incentive.  I receive a high line rate because my work is high quality, I am a high producer (2,000-2,500 lines per day consistently), my reports are never out of TAT, and I work on a no-blanks account.  There are companies out there who will pay you what you are worth, you just have to search.  Another option is to find your own accounts.

As far as the OP, I agree that those ads are misleading.
