I had an appointment scheduled several weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment when I showed up there was no record at all of an appointment. They were able to get me in, but I had to wait an hour past when the appointment should have been. Yes, I feel I have to always get the name of the person I spoke with and even call back to confirm appointments now before I drive and wait in their offices. This does seem to be a recent thing. Not glad anyone else has had this happen, but I am relieved to see it is not just me.
