Yes.

I waitressed, and yes, I got to eat for free.  There was a cap on it, but, yes, indeed I got to eat for free and it was whatever I wanted.

When I worked at Pizza Hut, we had a KFC next door, and we'd trade food with them because it was something different, and everyone was happy!
