Why are you constantly forgetting about

your brother's wife?

She was also a legal heir with FIRST PRIORITY.

The state could not locate them? I bet you could have helped them, but you did not want to. These were your nephew and your niece, blood relatives! You refused to help when the mother asked you and to top it off you put their money into YOUR pocket. W o w !

To say that it was probably better that you put all the money into your pocket, is pathetic and mean, maybe they would have used their father's money to get out of their addiction and start a decent life!

You are forgetting....sm
ANY breed of dog is capable of biting. Even a family member. I have had a Yorkie that would bite me when I tried to make him do something he didn't want to do (such as get a bath or trim his hair) but because he only weighed 13 pounds nobody took him seriously. I did end up rehoming him cause he kept biting. I am not saying it is acceptable to keep a dog that will bite. I didn't. But any breed is capable of it. My pit has never tried to bite me when I make him get baths and such. It isn't a breed thing, it is a dog thing. Some dogs have an attitude.
BTW, did you stop to think I wonder what the 6-year-old did to the dog to provoke that response? Kids like to kick and hit and pull on dogs. I'm not saying the dog should bite but what was the story behind it. The dog didn't do it for no reason.
Lately I've been forgetting to turn OFF the oven!

Sunday we had dinner at 5ish, when it was time for bed at 10 and I shut all the lights off, I noticed some extra lighting on the stove...it was telling me the temperature I had set it to and that it was still on!...and it's a gas oven too!  I think I've done this about 5 times this year now.  Wicked, wicked not so s

my husbands says this constantly
I think he was joking.

Call me heartless, but if he cannot pay or put out....?

What fun is that?
How was this guy constantly able to find you? Something doesn't
have a cell number of yours? Why did you talk to him at all?
I am constantly making my own Chex mix.
Give me that and a glass of milk and I am happy.
People who constantly interrupt me in the middle of a SM
sentence. A friend called last night at 10:45 (that's another one . . . she doesn't work, is home all evening and decides to call all the time when I am going to bed), and I tried to finish a sentence three different times. She kept interrupting and yelling something to her husband (loudly in my ear). She finally finished talking to him and then said "Go on. . . "  I was just quiet for about 20 seconds waiting for the another interruption.  Bad habit and very, very annoying.  Sweet person, but drives me nuts.
I'm constantly praising virtues of Etymotic earbuds!

I find them extremely comfortable (very soft silicone fits right in your ear canal and blocks out ALL outside noise) and superior sound quality.  I get a lot of ESL and dictators from noisy hospital settings, and the clarity with which I can hear the fine nuiances is incredible.

When I'm not using them for work, I put them in my portable MP3 player and use them for listenin' to tunes on my walk or chores.  They kick butt and have been with me for 3 years now...the same set.  Can't say enough good things about them.

Other posters here took my recommendation and found them cheap cheap on E-Bay.  I use the Etymotic ER 6i set, which can be seen here on the manufacturer's site:
http://www.etymotic.com/ephp/er6i.aspx    (but search around to find them cheaper elsewhere!)

They have been a lifesaver, but the only down side is once they are in your ear, you don't hear NUTHIN' else.  Unless the phone is right by my keyboard, I don't even hear that go off, and when I'm out walking, I don't hear cars coming up on me or dogs....or perps...so that could be kinda bad I suppose.  They are truly noise-cancelling earbuds.   Good luck in your search!
