I love the Whitestrips. If you're using them for the first time, do two boxes back-to-back and then a box every six months (that's what I did anyway). There was a definite improvement, and I have gotten several compliments on my teeth. I use them while typing, when I'm not talking anyway, and they're easy.
Watch the papers for $5.00 coupons, and K-Mart and CVS will have them on sale for $17.99 so you can get them for $12.99.

I've used Whitestrips
They showed an improvement by a couple of shades, which was nice, but it doesn't last very long. :(
I don't think I'd do them again, it was sort of a pain. I think the reason the dentist charges a lot is because it actually works. :-)
