Oh, sweat wiped from my brow, because
my husband and I are a mixed couple- he is black and I am white and we live in the deep south, right below Atlanta. We just bought a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home and gosh, darn, in the gated neighborhood where we live thought might have to really be watching out for what you are talking about. Really I think for anyone thinking entire south like this thinks probably we still don’t wear shoes either and run moonshine...
Whew!
Well THAT wasn't meant to be, now was it!

You said you already told "them" that 125K was too much. Who is "them"? If you told the agent that, and she turned around and told the seller's that, walk away from the agent - not professional at all.

Urine-soaked carpets and holes in the wall? That's a bit beyond cosmetic since the urine soaked carpet I am sure has soaked the subfloor as well. I had that experience with cat pee in a house I looked at. Turned right around and walked out.

The more houses you look at, the more you will learn. Keep at it! The right one will come along.
Whew!
I had not read the other posts when I first replied. After doing so, I thought you might have found my solution a bit insulting!

I too am a member of the Dead-Ex Club. Mine would probably be thrilled with some barley and hops planted on his grave.

If you truly want to go the fertilizer route, just make sure the wind's blowing the right way when you toss.
whew . .
what a story!!! It's so scary to see these things all over the place. So sad that people have to resort to that. . . 48 years old. how sad.
Whew!
It seems there are many things ... lonliness, finances, not working in a field that is really ... me; but, most importantly, the death of a young loved one, realizing things I was taught about life and how we got here, why, and where we go are likely not accurate, that everyone will go, all the suffering of people and creatures of every kind ...

Sorry for the depressing run-on sentence, but that's kind of where I'm at right now.
Whew!!! *LOL* - she says as she hops away..*g*.

Whew! I'm very happy for you.
.
whew! weave that web.
That won't solve anything.
