I feel for you, last Saturday I had
to rush my Somali cat, only a little over a year old to the emergency vet, they believe it was intussusception, I was there for hours, they let me back while they worked on her, had four people working on her and I held the oxygen mask. She passed the next morning. I live alone and she was such a big part of my life and now there is a big hole in my heart.
my mom found them 2/1.00 saturday

Poster below is right -- this Saturday
Nov 1, before you go to bed, set your clocks back 1 hour. Spring forward, Fall back. Happy Halloween!!!
Well its 11:35 PM Saturday night here
on the west coast. I am a late person by nature. I absolutely hate going to bed and I hate waking up. Weekends I usually stay up til 2 or 3. I just finished watching the movie Twister. Now I'm going to try to work on some reports but I think I will end up going to bed. Nothing too too exciting going on.
Saturday night
Happy Saturday, my fellow MTs!
I'm sitting here working the vampire shift and thought I'd see if anyone else is working tonight or if anyone is on who isn't working but is doing something interesting. After dinner tonight, we'll be watching a movie. My FTE was all caught up tonight so I'm working on my PT IC position, which has an abundance of work for a weekend for some reason.
Other than that, there was about a 20-degree temperature drop the past couple of days, bringing it back down into the 70's, which is my kind of weather
Hope all is well with you and yours, and hope you're all having a great weekend. If you're doing something interesting, by all means share it with us!
On Saturday I saw my DH using the vaccum cleaner. nm

Thought I would strangle him Saturday, today a big hug!
You see, my husband loves to upgrade in most things- be it a television, vehicle or whatever. Two years ago he and I together put in money for a high definition. Ok, the other day he said - by the way, be on the lookout - just ordered another high definition- well this 1 we had just a baby and besides I had paid some on it. Get this, folks, the new one arrived and wonderful. It is a Toshiba 1080PX high definition, premium LCD and the picture is absolutely beyond beautiful. No extra set up for anything, no rabbit ears for the high definition, no extra payment to the cable people- I cannot believe the taste this man has- oh I forgot, he did get me, shoulda known then.
Saw Momma Mia Saturday night and it is great! SM
The theater was packed, and even the men in the crowd were laughing and enjoying it. At the end the people in the theater broke into a loud applause! It was a light, funny movie with all those great songs!
House, Bones, Fringe. Then on Saturday...
the son and I watch COPS and America's Most Wanted. Sundays are AFV and Extreme Makeover. When we are someplace with cable, Dirty Jobs, Myth Busters, and How Do They Do That.
But if we miss the shows, no one is too upset about it.
