    Well, fortunately our supervisors actually back us up
    when it's entirely the client's fault, and they are just as frustrated as we are. I think there's a new liaison person at the client in question. Before, the client was always willing to update the templates and even add new ones, but now they say they are not going to. No changes, no revisions, and no new templates. End of discussion. I have no idea why, and it's not my job to know why.

    A note came back the other day that I had failed to use the proper template. I fired right back that there is no template at all in the system for the procedure in question, and my supervisor backed me up 100 percent. Fortunately.
