Hi - Sorry, but I think I hate them more than anyone. Four Christmases or so ago, I had a toy car (electric) on layaway, only owed 20.00 more and only left it there until my husband could pick it up with the truck because it was really big and heavy. When he went to pick it up, it had "disappeared" and was supposed to have been in a truck trailer in the back of the store. I found out they lied - one of the store managers wanted it (there were no more left) and so she had someone bring it back in the store and she "bought" it. They wanted me to wait for another one in a "few months" and I went ballistic. It was Christmas Eve and that was the only toy my grandson asked for from Santa. I was so mad that they hunted one down in another store that was a "floor model" and "loaned" it to me until the new one came in. I know that the store manager took it because another employee or two saw her and told me the truth. I HATE WALMART! It is scummy there anyway, so I just no longer buy anything from them and encourage everyone else to do the same. Buy from stores that are owned and operated by real people with integrity and who shoot straight. I love how they won't let you cancel online orders, but THEY can. That is BS. Re-email them and send a copy of the original and let them know it has been longer than they said. Send it to someone higher or in another department. CC it to everyone at Walmart in all the offices. Put it in the newspaper! If you want a good deal on a Wii go to a Game Stop store if you have one in your town. I got one and it was a really good deal and even though it is kind of a chain store, they people who work there are friendly and helpful.
