Boca veggie burgers are really delicious spread with a little pesto sauce, topped with tomato slices and red onion. Also you can try Googling Bethenny Frankel - I believe she has some great vegetarian recipes that are quick and easy.

Wish I had enough time to stay around for your answer but this place is about 15 or 20 miles from my home, been there a lot, small town in Georgia. The bottom line is people should, ah, take this report with a grain of salt so to speak before having all the information. The television channels have reported on this endlessly here in town and I wish you could have seen the interview this burger flipper gave. When she was asked out right if she put too much salt on the burger, she could hardly contain her laughter and said yes but wondered why he didn’t stop eating. This is not really the action 1 would expect from a person accused of a crime. The other thing is, this man just did not get sick, he actually wound up in the hospital. The story she told on the news here was the salt shaker totally spilled on the meat and it was then sorta dumped off. I gain a lot from watching someone's demeanor and you can take it from someone who has seen her interviewed on about 3 channels here it definitely looks like that is what she meant to do in the first place. Sometimes your news you get second hand is slanted but I saw her in interview, told me quite a lot. I do not think your article you sent said anything about the hospital stay, right?

It just seems to me if I had been arrested, spent the night in the jail and charged with assulting an officer, I would not have my smiley face on- but hey, that is just me. I guess others see it differently. Makes a whole lot of sense to me to take things in a jovial manner at a time like this. Oh, by the way, the burger was sent off for analysis because the policeman became so violently ill- they want to check to find out if something else was on it that caused such a reaction.

Oh, I really feel sorry for statements like you made, apparently knowing little about the south and how others perceive us to be. The race relations in this city are some of the best, my former husband from there and I have visited often. You hear about bad cops all over the place, correct? Not just from the south and this is considered a suburb of Atlanta and there are a lot of blacks and whites who make their home in this small burg. You should take the time to acquaint yourself more with surroundings of a place before jumping to a conclusion such as that.
McDonald burgers.

Chix cordon bleu burgers
I've found TONS of recipes from Rachael Ray on her daily show. I just substitute her more exotic ingreds for stuff I already have here or can buy on the cheap.
one of my faves she did was
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU BURGERS
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
4 or 5 slices swiss cheese (more or less to your taste)
about 1/4 cup of chopped ham (use leftover or even lunchmeat chopped)
**Mix all ingredients together and cook either on the grill or in a bit of olive oil in a nonstick pan on stovetop until juices run clear.
I buy the ground chicken/turkey when it's on markdown at the store and freeze for when we want to make these yummy burgers!
A great veggie dip...
1 can Red Gold Petite Mexican Fiesta Tomatoes (drained)
1 16-oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr Spring Vegetable soup mix (dry)
Mix all together and chill.
Good with chips, veggies, and even to dip those wings!
For anyone new at veggie gardening,
let me just say that tomatoes are the trickiest to grow. I believe cherry tomatoes are easier than the big kind.
Green beans: If you have heard of pole beans and bush beans and wondered what the difference is, it's not be beans but the growth habit. Bush beans grow lower to the ground and pole beans climb up something. Pole beans are nice if you don't want to have to bend over as much during harvesting. For the lazy gardener, you can even let pole beans grow up corn you are growing in the same space.
I learned these tips from watching Paul James' show, Gardening by the Yard.
Ham, baked potatoes, veggie.

I may try a veggie garden this year too.
in the past i have not had time to keep up with one but i think i will this year while working at home for MQ. maybe you have tried everything for your garden eaters, don't know but I have heard you can sprinkle black pepper all over the garden and it will keep a lot of animals out bc they do not like the smell. you have to reapply with rain but it might be worth a try.
i normally have flowers galore! but i may do some veggies this year as you said they are getting SO expensive in the stores. i have had great luck with barrel gardens in the past and they look really nice on a patio.
set out a premade veggie tray with dip, can buy
in almost any grocery store already made up. Want something fancy, take it out of the plastic container and put it on your own tray. This should satisfy most everyone. Most all kids will even eat carrot sticks.
I have a big canner of veggie soup cooking
and it smells yummy. Tonight is a parade in town and dinner at my parent's. Not sure about tomorrow. Church and then who knows. I have 2 movies to watch from Netflix and a newsletter to get ready to mail.
All veggie sushi w/the pickled ginger. My #2 fave! nm

I'm getting ready to make a boxed cake mix, but I'm out of veggie oil
Can I substitute melted margarine for the oil? I don't have any applesauce. I do have some Miracle Whip, but wasn't sure about it. I don't want to go to the grocery store. I'm at home alone, kids are gone, I'm working and feeling pretty productive, and then BAM the PMS chocolate attack strikes and and me without a Hershey bar in sight! So I thought I would whip up a devil's food cake mix and get back to work.
I put the egg and cheese in a whole wheat or veggie wrap with some cooked spinach

Don't know about cats. What about adding mayo or plain veggie oil to their food? Or butter? nm
