Most hospitals in Los Angeles and other major cities have VIP suites for celebrities, politicians, and other very wealthy patients. Whatever the cost, it is paid for by the VIP not the general public. There is also a special work type assigned for these patients' medical records and only certain MTs are allowed to transcribe them. I am sure that UCLA is providing the best care possible for Britney Spears under extremely difficult conditions. I find it odd that it bothers you so much!
