early dementia, it's his life and he has the right to choose, even if it's a bad choice by everybody around him. I hope he can afford this woman. Of course she isn't going to leave him anything to pass on to his children, but again, his choice to change his value system if he chooses. I know a couple just like this. I don't work with the woman anymore, so I don't know if they are still together, but I hope she's not the same person because not only is that one a gold digger, she's kukoo.
If your dad feels criticized, it may ruin your relationship. That would be a bid price to pay to try to warn him when it's unlikely to change anything.
