what you are describing is very specific to one problem. I experienced pain in my shoulder with inhaling when I had bronchitis and pleuritis. I've also knew somebody with a gynecologic infection that had it. Here is an article that supports the suggestion you need to see a doctor, who may have trouble pinning it down himself/herself, so I hope they are a good diagnostician:
