UFOs and Abductions

In Reply to: Anyone ever had paralyzing nightmares or thought abducted by UFO? - Will tell you mine and yours?

I really think such phenomena is of a spiritual nature.  I believe strongly in God and I believe there are demon forces that torment people.  I attended public school my for kindergarten and 1st grade and was a pretty normal kid, except I used to tell people things that came true.  I used to see people that no one else saw.  In about 1957, I predicted my father's death from cancer.   (I guess I heard the word somewhere.)  I remember crying hysterically, "Daddy, you got real skinny and you had cancer and you died."  Well my father did die of cancer in 1980.  Anyhow, my predictions were wigging out everyone.  To make a long story short, my grandmother told my parents to enroll me in Catholic School.  The prayers and instruction worked WONDERS in my life.  I almost forgot my predictions (which were always dire) and became a normal child preoccupied with play and friends.

I have had a few spirit encounters since that time.  I have a litmus test for them; I ask them to pray with me in the name of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; and believe me, if they are by any means demonic, that sends them howling for their lives; and I do mean howling as if they've been scalded or something.

I had one particular encounter when for whatever reason, everybody in the house went into a sound sleep at around 5:00 p.m. in the summertime with the sun brightly shining through the house.  I was so happy to have some quiet time, but I felt kind of uneasy as I felt someone else in the house with us.  I began to pray fervently that I would not see a spirt of some kind.  Well, when I turned around there was a man in a luminous white robe - as if the sun were shining through it.  His face was beaming as if the sun were somehow shining through it.  He was smiling.  I knew instinctively he was Jesus Christ.  I said with much distress, "I told you I didn't want to see anything.  You know that makes me think I'm crazy."  He said, "Renee, look around who else is here?  Somebody has to help you."  I had to agree as that was a pretty difficult time in my life.  I was still terrified and warned him as if to 'fix his little red wagon.' "I'm going to the psychiatrist tomorrow!"  He laughed a little, gave me the sweetest and most comforting smile and vanished.  He knew I needed to know at that point in my life that someone really did care as I actually felt no one did.  PS:  That is the only spirit encounter during which I did not insist on leading them in prayer to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  I just knew; he was Jesus Christ.

I pray your torments cease immediately.

i've seen some UFOs of the 'usual' kind, but
when we were living in MO, way out in the woods, both my husband and i were sitting on our porch and right in front of us flew, at about housetop level, the most huge bird -- i mean it was prehistoric looking, and huge -- maybe 25 or more feet wing span -- we just looked at each other after it disappeared into the trees. Have only told a few family members, lest someone accuses us of drinking our own bathwater or something...and we were stone cold sober, no joke.
