I used to paint statuary and there is a product you can buy at art/paint supply houses called "rubs". These are little pots of shimmery/sparkly/glimming colors, such as silver, gold, bronze, green, etc. As their name implies, you simply put a bit on your fingertip and lightly "rub" wherever you want the highlight.

I never used them on a wood burning stove, so talk to the person at the art supply shop to see how they will hold up. You may need a fire retardant top-coat to seal in the "rub" so it doesn't run with the heat from the stove.

BTW, the stove is GORGEOUS. Have fun with it :-)
