Took that big boy to the vet, all 20 lbs of him

Don't talk about my cat now. He is height challenged, not fat. Actually I have put him on a diet, feeding twice a day instead of his buffet style he was enjoying before due to recommendations from the vet. He had blood work there about 2 months ago for diabetes and hypothyroidism at my request, all ok. Today I asked the vet to check specifically for urinary blockage or a blockage in intestine and both I was told were ok. He had his anal gland expressed, he is about 5 and this is the 3rd time he has had that done and he has pinworms so given some medicine for that. Overall the vet seemed to think he was ok. I really appreciate anyone's input in this and I follow any advice others give me, knowing they probably are aware of things I might not be.
