This is my personal stance, my personal opinion and I am allowed to have it as much as anyone else is allowed to have theirs:

I do not have to, nor will I, be tolerant toward behavior that I believe to be fundamentally wrong, anti-God, anti-Christian and morally corrupt. It is MY RIGHT not to like it, not to tolerate it, and not to put up with it.

I do not punish or shun those who practice lifestyles that I am morally opposed to; however, I will not ever say that I agree with such.

Thank goodness my children are grown now but it is still the right of every parent to teach their child the moral principles they wish to instill. It is not the school's right, not the government's nor any self-proclaimed group's authority to act on to ensure they are accepted equally.

I don't care about political correctness. If we are going to pressure-cook the minds and morals of everyone regarding alternative lifestyle tolerance, we might as well exercise the same toward other groups with somewhat "alternative" lifestyles such as criminal behavior, etc.

How and what we think as individuals are our God-given and government-protected right.

Yes, tolerance is good, but why do they not tolerate being in the country of others and respect us and our language and mores? I tolerate them and their language and mores when in their country. Did you notice that all the others whose ancestors came over here are not trying to change our culture, simply sharing theirs with us to the extent that we want or need to know? They demand nothing. So, why are Hispanics so special?

I will teach my children love and tolerance myself. I carried them in my body and ate healthy foods, gave birth, and have taken care of them since the day they were born. I make the decisions for them. Thank God for now Americans are still free and we get to make those choices for our own children. And I would bet you don't have any.

I absolutely will not have my children talk bad or raise their voice at me. Ever. I do not tolerate it one bit. I do not spank them, because I want them to respect me because I am respectable and I am their mother, end of story. The times that my children have tried to test me and try my limits, I have put them in their place immediately. I get a big mean scary mom voice and tell them they will not EVER speak to me like that and they will go and stay in their room until they can come out and apologize, tell me what they did wrong, and behave appropriately. If they come out with the faintest hint of an attitude, I take them by the shoulders, turn them around and march them back to their room and forbid them to come out until they are willing to come out and be sorry. It really hurts their feelings to see me this upset with them because we usually have a really good relationship, so when I am that mad, they know they have done something wrong and they better straighten up.
