Tell yourself you are not going to think about anything - write down your worries ona piece of paper and tell yourself you will think about them tomorrow - that's what a doctor I type for recommends. Then I would take a warm shower, drink some warm milk and take 2 Simply Sleep pills from Tylenol and go to bed in a quiet bedroom with white noise going - fan or sound machine.....put all phones in other room. I would do this for a few nights until your body gets used to a steady sleep pattern.... go to bed at same time each night and sleep same amount of hours. As you develop a pattern go down to 1.5 Simply Sleep pills, then 1 and then one half and then you may not need one at all... but you could take if you felt you could not sleep - but need to take early as you need to have at least 8 hours of good sleep after you take.... I did not sleep well for years and had no idea what a good night's sleep was until I tried Simply Sleep - it is awesome!! I don't have to take to sleep but Isleep much better when I do take it and feel so much more refreshed and rested. Good luck!
