They had me use refresh drops

I think that they had me use something like Refresh drops every days prior to putting in my lenses -- gas perms for 20 years now - plain hard ones prior for 20 years.  Also, I was told to use plain toothpaste when the build up gets bad -- not the gel kind but plain old white toothpaste to clean them when the build up gets bad.  But even with plain water flush your eyes out each morning prior to putting in your lenses to get all the "gunk" out so it won't stick onto the lenses - helps a lot.  At least for me.
