In Reply to: Why would your husband talk to his - job about it? Reading between
Please see the post below by the woman who used to work in a prison. You are required to report it. If a coworker, and there are lot of those in this area, were to have seen him talking to this guy and knew that this guy was an ex-convict, he could report my husband and my husband could lose his job. My husband is not protected by any of the unions that protect the guards. Anyone who wanted to could make an issue of it. He was obligated to report the situation. He has not talked to the guy since finding this information out, but now this guy's kid is taking it out on my kid.
Again, my husband did the right thing according to the code of ethics he is required to follow. Why is that so hard to understand? There was no hidden agenda.

See. You do have an agenda. You're
on this person. I hope he sues you and your ethical husband in the end.
Are sure sure there aren't other hidden -sm
issues, such as maybe drug or alcohol abuse?
Do you think cures are really hidden from us?
I used to think this was silly when people thought this, but as I've seen things happen in my own life and look around at our world, I think this could be true.
For example, I have used several products that are not FDA approved and they work better than most things my doctor's pills didn't cure.
I used a salve to cure my skin cancer when doctors didn't get it twice with surgery.
I used the itworkspaste to remove my moles, skin tags and warts.
I use sota instruments who bob beck recommended on youtube as the device of the future which fights all viruses and bacteria. I've seen it get rid of my moms bronchitis, my dogs paw infection, my sons mono, my flus, etc.
I asked the cancer salve people why this wasn't sold in doctors offices and they said "cause it's natural" and if the pharmaceuticals can't get money from it, then most likely you won't see it FDA approved unless you had millions of dollars.
And if the FDA cared so much about us, why in the world would we allow cigarettes to be legal? Think about it...the cigarettes keep you hooked, you get cancer, then go through the hoop of chemo. You become a great high paying customer.
What are your thoughts on it. And, have you ever used a product that is not FDA that you swear by? Please share...thank you!
No, I don't think they're hidden from us at all
Most people know, or can discover with a little research, that most of the things we get are easily preventable or cured, over time, by our own immune systems. Taking antibiotics for a cold is not only foolish, but dangerous. And not just for you, but for all of us. It's where we get things like MERSA. Most people can also take the time to educate themselves on the best way to deal with their issues, they simply choose not to take the time to be responsible for their own care when it comes to "minor" things.
The best care you can give yourself, besides preventive care (stay out of the sun, you're white for a reason; eat right, exercise, if you're fat eat less and exercise; etc etc) is supportive care. If you don't feel well, eat foods that are nutrient dense and get plenty of fluids and rest. Your body will usually take care of the rest. If it doesn't and you DO need medicines (as in the case of my auto-immune disorder), use them judiciously. I know that every winter I will go off the meds that keeps my immune system from attacking my own body (destroying it in the process - that's how they work) and will experience a lot more pain because I want to die in a spectacularly gruesome or Darwinian way, not from a case of the common cold. So I'm going to be in a lot more pain as my immune system looks at all of my connective tissue and yells "INTRUDER!!! ATTACK!!!"
Ideally I should be able to deal with my pain by growing my own natural remedies, but the Federal Government tends to frown on a garden full of opium poppies and marijuana plants. Willow bark just don't cut it, either, though I have used it successfully for fevers. I've also used booze to successfully treat a nasty sprain in my back. Kept me down, relaxed the muscles and killed the pain until it healed on its own. Of course society tends to frown on that, too. So, no, they're not "hidden", they're just not encouraged or advertised. Being a heathen gives me a distinct advantage in the area of herbalism as we tend to try traditional remedies before running to the doctor. Even if I'm fairly certain that about half the time the traditional remedy makes you feel better because it's loaded with alcohol (in our case).
No, drugs do NOT take too long to make it to market. They make it too quickly. Before AIDS hit it could take 30 years for a new drug to make it to market. Now they're being released so quickly they've not had time to test for long term effects. Vioxx is a good example of what can go wrong with that one. Who would have guessed using it long-term could kill you? It definitely damages your heart. That's just one of many drugs that were fast-tracked, that shouldn't have been, and that are now the focus of class action lawsuits after people have been injured or killed due to lack of long-term clinical studies. Are there drugs that made it to market quickly that have proven safe? Of course there are. Unfortunately there's no way for us to tell in advance how thoroughly something has been tested, how long it spent in R&D or how wide-ranging the clinical trials may have been. So we're all guinea pigs now.
It really is a balance. I feel that for myself, it's about causing the least amount of harm both to myself, my family and my community. I get vaccinated because I don't want to be a disease vector and impact all of society. I take medications to destroy my immune system so I don't have to take pain meds and can work more effectively. I quit taking them during cold and flu season so I don't become a burden on my family by picking up every little thing that blows through town and risk infecting The Old People as well. Then I have to take more medications for pain. That's MY balance. It is unique to me and my somewhat unusual situation (though disorders like mine are more common than most people think - they're just largely undiagnosed). Everyone has to find their own balance and part of finding that balance is educating yourself on ALL of your options, natural and otherwise. It's called "personal responsibility" and we seem to have a dearth of it in this country.
Hidden messages in Enzyte commercial
I love those pill commercial watch them closely they have little symbolisms(?) in them, the erect umbrellas in the drinks, the straight pointed finger on the hand, the huge splash of water in the swimming pool, diving in, the wood grain in the six panels when it splits the screen up. If you watch them they are so, so obvious. They crack me up. I know that sounds perverted and I certainly don't mean to offend anyone, it is just a little bizarre.
Look at this picture, the pen, the tie, clock hands are on 10 and 2 as in "10, 2 and 4", file drawers, plaque, crisp white shirt, tight fist and date book, apparently you can can set your calendar to it.
