...for sheer annoyingness, I have always hated Michael Martin Murphey's "Wildfire." Also a chorus that makes you want to claw your eyes out of your head, but it's the intensely stupid lyrics about the "killing frost" that always gets me. The 70s were such a mixed bag musically...
