That is encouraging
I am having a hard time fitting in fruits and vegetables and eating more popcorn, there frozen meals, etc. I am afraid that the lack of eating the fresh fruits and veggies will keep me from losing. I will Google that 3fatchicks. Thanks!
from all of us hefties, thanks for encouraging.
I know you are right. I used to have such self-discipline, but maybe not anymore. One thing about that calorieking too, is that you can try it for a week and get you money back if you don't like it. It seems closer to the 'no fad' 'plus exercise' ideas. If you don't mind my asking, how long did it take you to lose 11 lbs? I want to pattern myself some realistic goals. thanks.
Thanks for the encouraging word.
Sasha is at the oncologist right now, getting a dose of chemo for lymphoma. The biggest worry was that her calcium was up at 18, but they got it down where they could give her the chemo.
Hopefully she will respond well.
Cedric is so depressed about her being away that he wouldn't eat this morning. He got up on my bed and tried to wrestle with me.
Encouraging Thoughts Here
The police called Social Services because they had to. However, your response to Social Services is what will either end it or have it drag on.
You've done nothing wrong. Try to keep remembering that, but remember it from a position of confidence, not defensiveness.
Also, you will have to follow up on every time your husband has violated the restraining order.
Quiet calm confidence will see you through this. And a clean house, LOL! Best wishes!
Thank you for your encouraging and kind words! :-)
They truly helped.
Thank you for the kind and encouraging posts.
I really do feel a lot better. And the mail box thing? Gulp.................... I never thought of that. I do actually put the cards in the mail boxes. You are so right that I should not do that, but it never dawned on me til a poster mentioned it. The little gifts are in gift bags and I hang them on the outside of the mail boxes or lamp posts at the end of the driveways, so at least I'm safe on that one. And thanks for the poster who suggested a nursing home next year. You are so right - my kids actually do that once a month, and they went caroling at a few this year. I used to go, too, but got super upset by it. I'd like to take them all home with me. But you're so right and I definitely will do that the next holiday - which one do I have to look forward to? Valentine's Day? Take care, you all. As for the negative posters, I guess they represent that there are always a few in every neighborhood who are ugly in spirit. I'm fine with that as well. I feel sorry for them and hope their issues change so they can be happy. Must be a joy to live with, but then again, they might be very nice in person - just the internet anonymity. I'll choose to believe that theory. Merry Christmas everyone!
Maybe FOREVER! That's encouraging. Don't want HRT and physician
said long term HRT is a thing of the past, which I didn't know. Now, they only give them for 3-6 months. Mine went away for a couple of months, but back again, 15-20 a day, but no night sweats. I thought this stuff only lasted a year or so.
votefortheworst.com now is encouraging votes for Phil.
