I have begged my mother in law for the lady that does her house. She is a member of the family and we include her in the presents. She has a key, she knows what needs to be done and takes care of it. She makes about 100 a day for an eight hour day works for multiple relatives in our family and is paid once a month (different families pay different times of the month she takes vacation and has a cousin that takes her place). The kids know her, she has helped to teach them ,,,, my daughter actually likes to work with her occasionally when we are home. She gets tipped because she will go out over her way for mom .. she calls to seen if mom has eaten or will go get lunch, do moms ironing if there is any, always leaves a clear easy to comprehend list of any supplies she has run out of or will need for her next visit. She is a saint and I wish I could clone her. I brought home some chocolates a couple of years ago and she loved them so mom has me send some every so often so there are some on hand for her. Why can't I find someone like that????? I AM SOOOOO JEALOUS OF YOU
