very responsible with your stuff when you decide to try using a baby gate to confine the dogs instead of crates. Our Sasha had a real taste for electronics, so even now we always put the remotes and cameras out of harm's way. With the dogs in and out, our carpeting got dirty too, so we changed over to laminate flooring. Now I think a rough tile might have been a better choice, and a very hard real wood might have worked. But the Wilson Art laminate is tough, dog-proof, and easy to sweep or vacuum. We'd have a doggy door too, but our door is metal.
