I just added Say Anything to my Netflix list and put it at the top. I too love John Cusack but never heard of that movie, if you can believe.

I read a recommendation for GNC's Optimum Nutrition (sm)
It comes in a variety of flavors that are suposed to be very good. You can order it online. I was doing great on Medifast (70 pounds lost in 6 months), but had to quit when they changed the payment options dropping Billmelater. I checked out New Lifestyles, but they only take credit cards, and I refuse to go down that road again.

I decided to do my own version of Medifast substituting products that are close in comparison. I bought a soy shake product at Sam's Club, but it's pretty bad. As soon as I get that used up, I'm switching to GNC's product.

I do highly recommend New Lifestyles or Medifast. Great balanced nutrition and quick weight loss which keeps you motivated.
