Dh did say that maybe she was going to sit there anyway and he just happened to be there. She probably went there for the same reason he went there...to spend time with the kids. She saw no one else she knew except him and saw that he had an empty spot and plopped down, rather than sitting with a stranger. Plus it might have been an ego boost for him. I have to admit I feel a rush when another man pays attention to me. However, it doesn't happen as much as it used to anymore Thanks so much for your help.

Slept in until 10:00, and so
far I've just got caught up on the dishes, had breakfast, am still having my last cup of java, and checking out TV and now the boards. I need to clean and do laundry and work outside, but the sun is shining I'm just so relaxed it's hard to get going. DH is still playing a video game, so he's not motivated either, LOL. It was supposed to be raining, so we really should be out there with all the neighbors, working on the yard. Oy the weeds.
Ooooh, I slept till 10:00 also that was after
being awake from 3:00 until 5:30 which is not unusual. DH and DD left yesterday to go do some private horseback riding lessions about 2 1/2 hours from here. DS left at 6:00 this morning for a speech cometition. Yes, after I had just fallen asleep at 5:30 he woke me at 6:00 to tell me bye. I have absolutely no motivation to do anything today. As a matter of fact, I took a nap from 12:30-1:00. I am such a bad girl.
Mine slept through fire alarm
My 16-year-old daughter sleeps like the dead. A couple of years ago the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and it was absolutely blaring in her room, and she SLEPT THROUGH IT! Needless to say, an alarm doesn't work. I not only wake her up, I physically pick her up out of bed and stand her on her feet. I honestly don't know what she will do when she goes off to college. No problems with my 18-year-old. By the way, I don't do very many other things for them - they are self-sufficient. But this is a practical matter.
Had the flu. Missed work. Slept 12 hours. sm
Call in sick maybe twice a year and this year it had to be on New Year's Eve. Hope they didn't think I wanted an early start, because I don't drink. Threw up all morning, lounged on the couch the rest of the day, snoozed here and there, went to bed at 9 and got up at 5:30 to work. Fun day.
