I doubt I would get the money also, but at least they would know I am in the right, and hey if they don't pay, it will end up on their credit reports for 7 years, and if they don't pay by then, I will have it filed again for another 7years. It's up to them to take responsibility, like you said. No, you are not mean. Thank you for the post.
