Tell that to the 100s backed up on I-4 in Tampa, FL....SM

not long ago. The highway patrol was monitoring it in short increments and couldn't even predict how quickly it would roll in badly enough to cause a 70+-car pile up with several lives lost before they could get the road closed. There are things beyond control.

Please do not get me started about Tampa.
You would never know I edit reports because you stated in the first posting your husband raised in Tampa. It has been a long day already. My husband also raised in Tampa. We were there last year and there were barbecue joints all over the place. If I were there I would "pig out" (no pun intended) on all those joints. I would have to try first and then the other. You are so lucky!
Hubby from Tampa
and just asked him this morning if he knew about the sauce and he said you can get here at Publix. You had sent me email regarding this sauce. He loves to marinade so hope to try some of this soon.
No, born and raised mainly in Tampa area sm
but his family lived in Louisiana for about a year when he was 3 or so. His grandfather was from Texas, though, so it could be from that also. Tampa is not "Southern" like the panhandle area of Florida. The main influence on food here is Cuban. It's funny because I never even ate at a Chinese place until I moved here, and now I love so many different ethnic cuisines - Greek, Cuban, Chinese, and I don't know what all else. I could eat fried plantains and a Cuban sandwich one day, a gyro and some Greek potato salad the next. Maybe that's why I gained so much weight after I met my husband LOL
Tampa here - Cuban sandwiches, deviled crab, Mojo
pork, stuffed potatoes. My husband was born and raised here in the area while I am from Arkansas, and while I have not been to southern Florida (Miami), I have not found another area that has Cubans as good as I can get in Tampa. The only thing we had in my hometown that I've not found elsewhere was a patty melt at the Dairy Queen made with sourdough bread. Sadly they tore it down many years ago and the new store closed a few years back.
If your loan is an FHA-backed loan, you can contact the
to help you. Each state has one assigned to it by the FHA. I'm talking the FHA loans that are 5% down, sometimes bond money is available, etc. Not the one where payments are based on your income, etc.

Whatever you do, contact your mortgagor TODAY. Do NOT delay. Be realistic about what you can do financially to recover -- do not agree to terms you cannot realistically carry out.

You should have several options available to you before foreclosure is started. You might even try to do a quick sale of your home. You have until the very moment they auction that title off.
