When you click to post a new message, if you look towards the bottom there is an area with about three boxes, the bottom one is for uploading images and says next to it, "Click here to Upload Image!" Click on those actual words, not just in the box, and a new window will open that allows you to browse on your computer to find the image you want to upload.
