my so nice this morning aren't we. everyone is entitled to their own opinion and experiences. w
maybe she is more educated in her certain situation where her kids went. it doesn't mean every school out there is the same way. there are variety of schools just like there are humans. doesn't mean she can't "share" her experiences. i happen to know for a fact that all the pregnant and/or troubled teens go to the private school in my town, even juve kiddos. it is more about educating yourself and taking the time to look into the schools and what is there even if that means sitting in class all day to figure it out. i am sure some are great and some are horrible.
Not cruel in my opinion, I agree with the OP
The best thing to happen now would be for that baby (if if they can't determine who the dad is) would be to be placed for adoption by an unrelated loving and normal family. If Anna Nicole's biological family gets custody she is doomed for sure. The only one I feel sorry for is that baby. Apparently as stories are coming it (rumors Anna used her late billionaire husband's frozen sperm, etc), I truly feel she was basically conceived as nothing more than a meal ticket, whether it be the inheritance, the taping of the birth they did and already sold, pictures they already sold, etc. Obviously Anna was motivated by only one thing - money. Who else would sell pictures of their dead son to the media just days after his death? Disgusting. I am just disgusted over this whole thing.
You know, you just sound entitled
Why can we not get on here on the day after a program has been on and discuss from the night before? This goes beyond the pale. I understand if it were the same night but we are talking the next day. Be for real. You might try not being on here the next day so it will not be spoiled for you in this case because I do not think people have to wait a week to talk about a program.
You should let him go. You are being very cruel to him sm
by not giving in to him, even though you just can't help it. I'm not saying he's perfect, because he probably isn't. You can't do that to a man. Seriously. It's actually mental abuse when you withhold sex from your husband for a long period of time.
How cruel you are
x
Well, nobody asked you anyway, first of all. How cruel. nm
.
That's shocking!

Most shocking
I actually never saw that episode. I have the first and second season on DVD (I have to watch the rest of season 2 still) and I'm getting ready to get seasons 3 and 4 (I started watching during season 3). I have to say that the only time I had to actually change the channel was this season when "Colleen" stuffed the agent. For some reason that just grossed me out.
A better episode, going to the dinner party with Christian and the "older women". Can you imagine! Oh, my! I guess I'm that older woman since he's a little bit younger than I am. LOL.
Most shocking
Are you ready? Gerbel up his you know what. I think the Animal Rights should have gotten involved.
Another "funny." Couple doing their thing. Woman starts to have spasms. Man got stuck. Called EMS. Both go to ER still stuck together. How to you explain that to 911?
Joanie, you seriously need help. You are as cruel as it gets. I suppose sm
you weren't shown much love growing up because you obviously don't know how to give it. Why would you say something so horrible to this poor mom? You just shouldn't even post period. I WAS in a good mood until I read your post. Thanks for putting me in a bad mood. Do you do that to everyone you know??
It's cruel. It's a very painful procedure for the cat - sm
as their paws are very sensitive. They don't just remove the claw - they remove the entire terminal phalanx. They lose their first line of defense against attack, or their ability to climb, though they can still jump.
It can also lead to litter box problems due to sore feet, and other behavioral problems.
Instead, buy a little animal toenail-clipper and clip the nails every few weeks. Cheaper, and MUCH more humane.
If I cared about the chair, I'd just put a cover over it for everyday use, so it'll be nice for company. But my cat's health & well-being is worth more than any piece of furniture.
bye bye Chris. Simon was cruel
when he said that Danny beat Chris in the duet. That just did Chris in. He was marked as a defeated man for the rest of the show. Or maybe it was just me.
And shocking that these were *girls*...sm
Who did this. Usually it's the male of our species that does things like this. But girls are becoming just as violent and aggressive in our society now too. My God.
Wow . . . that is shocking and very scary.
Our school district has an exception to the medication policy for children carrying asthma inhalers, where paperwork is completed in advance and kept on file.
What is shocking to me here in most responses
Is that you feel it is perfectly okay and acceptable to lie, outright, in order to have what you want.
Smokers, obese applicants, alcohol users, those doing risky activities (flying, motorcycles, ATVs, high-risk sports) are considered risks and their premiums and exclusion clauses written for that.
It is NOT okay to lie, period. It is NOT acceptable to get what you want, even if you feel you deserve it, by lying, cheating the system, stealing coverage dollars and rates that are not yours.
If you want to smoke, go ahead but pony up. There are more than just the health risks - there are insurance issues, too. Same for other high-risk applicants.
Unfortunately, it seems to me that the average worker seems to feel they are entitled to have certain things and therefore, if they feel they will be denied, feel it is completely acceptable to lie or misrepresent the facts in order to have what they are looking for.
Pathetic lack of ethics demonstrated through those perspectives and actions.
As for the OP below who calls this Big Brother in action: So, lying and being caught in the act of it is now an attempt of the government to do you in?! How utterly absurd and paranoid!
Get some principles in your lives, people! Take some personal responsibility here! BE HONEST and support honesty.
Shaking my head....
It is shocking and disturbing.
Well, he WAS a prophet. Shame on cruel posters.
xx
PETA....this organization is a cruel joke!
You DON'T want PETA to be involved in anything related to animals.
AMEN. I agree 100%. Shocking ads.
nm
What's shocking is that a rule is needed.
Many here have acted like this is normal behavior and should be excused and there are reasons for it, etc. Sure there are.........and there also many, many kids who do it to be obnoxious and so it has become a problem - like so many other things - but these parents continue to excuse their kids.
Shocking to me that people cannot demonstrate
Unfortunately, your husband and family will suffer more than you and for nothing.
Go get a cold shower, stay away from e-mail and any other contact, talk to your pastor, pray for forgiveness, then focus on what a great husband you have.
Never look back.
What moment from Nip/Tuck was most shocking
for you?
For me it was the peanut butter/dog with Melissa Gilbert. I will never view Little House on the Prarie in the same light again!!!
Mine charges $12 (shocking!!) only other profession I know of
whose wages have gone down like MTs - and you do not tip if it is the owner of the shop is my understanding
I noticedt his also, Chris' face just 'dropped' after Siomon's remark! Really cruel...
nm
Probably got her period or something just as --
silly. She was ordered back to court this morning though and I bet will end up back in jail as the sheriff messed up big time. This "medical" condition has never reared its ugly head before so why now.
No, I mean no alcohol period. nm
No wonder I got my period early!!
:)
I wouldn't have it. Period. sm
Let's Review: Because this man has no decency for manners and boundaries, his father is no better, so you should sit there and squirm?
Get your "@$&s* back, girl! I wouldn't spend one more afternoon like this.
But I would never have let it gotten this far. But that doesn't mean that you can't turn this thing around. He is an adult, as are you. Too bad someone will have to stand up and be the real one. Yes, I'm on your side. Totally!
Keep us posted.
My Friday is Sunday, end of the pay period.

Most teachers have at least one planning period when they
can grade papers. If their job requires work-related hours away from school, they are given comp time.
But you know how long a normal period
should last, so therefore you take matters into your own hands and be more assertive before you drop over.
"did it SOUND like I used a period?""

(Actually Harry S Truman. No period after the S.
x
I wouldn't talk about it again with him, period.
I doubt you will ever get it unless he grows up and accepts responsibility for himself.
I wouldn't waste my breath and energy being upset over it any longer. If he came over or called me talking about it, blaming me, I'd hang up or tell him to leave and push him out the door.
The day he can speak to me with decent respect and take his own accountability like a man is the day I would open that door or stay on the phone with him.
Ridiculous.
I just 'knew' long before my period was even
late. I also knew I was having a girl even though everyone kept telling me it would be a boy. Strange how the mind/body works! My breasts were also horribly tender at about 1-1/2 to 2 months along. My money is on you deserving some congratulations... :)
I agree, a 2-1/2 year old is gross, period.
But a blanket over the toddler? The kid would probably start playing peek-a-boo and winking and laughing. How about that for a visual. Ick! lol
Gosh - I'm dressed when working, period. LOL

Period pain after LEEP procedure
I had LEEP for cervical cancer a few years back. Cancer is gone now, but I have horrible periods. Am I alone? Does anyone else suffer since LEEP surgery? I also have fibromyalgia which only adds to the discomfort.
Get an excuse, for a normal period that most all girls have?
You seem to be jumping to higher ups before anyone talks with the teacher. I would ask for a conference with that particular teacher to see what is said about the incident. Can you just image giving every female off for having a period? Does that seem like you should have an excuse for something that is so normal? I say introduce the daughter to tampons, welcome to the adult world!
Four marriage counsellors so far over a period of about 8 years (nm) :(

Hubby's friend is a jerk - period!

Cold/sinus infection with beginning of period?
Okay, here's the deal. The day before my period, for the last year or so, I get a horrendously bad cold/sinus infection/flu-type process. It usually goes away about a day or two after my period. I have never ever had this happen before and its really bad this month. I have all the symptoms... stuffiness, red runny eyes, runny stuffy nose, pounding headache, throat like daggers, etc. It started as postnasal drip yesterday and I thought ohhh great... here we go. Needless to say I was up most of last night in complete tears because of the pain of it all and not being able to swallow at all. I have tried researching on the internet about this happening, but can't find any information. Has anyone heard of this or had this happen? I just want to stop it. truly, I would take the worst god awful cramps over this torture. I have had this both on and off the pill and I am only 31. Any information would be appreciated as I know what a wealth of information our community could be. Unfortunately, I am in Europe and so I can't go to my GP easily. The doctors here don’t do anything about anything unless its major either and I know they will brush it off as some silly sinus infection, but it happens every month and goes away in 3 days on its own, so it can't be a run of the mill thing. Any advice is welcome. I go home to the US in 6 months and I can wait if I have to, but maybe some angel out there knows something to help. I have tried tons of medications and herbal things/natropathic and nothing works except my period being established.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the icky topic. ;)
If a person hasn't had a period in 13 years, doesn't that
My money is riding on the tumor theory posted below.
Yes, sore breasts and missed period are definitely good indicators...
take a test already and let us know--lol
Just a tip about animals
As I am getting cleaned up from Christmas and heading towards the New Year, thought I would pass on something that I do and if you don't know about it and can do the same, here tis: I get the newspapers each day (along with lots of subscriptions to different magazines), save them up and when I get a big bunch I take them to my local animal shelter. They cut them up and use for bedding for the animals. Pass it on.....
Well at least they like animals...
I'd take them for neighbors over someone who *shoots at* animals, any day!
Animals
Dogs and cats are good! That will be a fun job and animals are so loving and grateful for anything we do. Good choice too since you get free vet care you can get another dog! Or two. You can never have enough dogs. I only have three. I need a bigger house so I can have more dogs! They are our "babies" and are spoiled. I would hate to transcribe without my dogs who sit next to me and "wait" - what have I ever done to deserve this? I just accept it and feel loved.
animals
If she could have someone else feed them honestly it would save her a bunch. The minimum I have seen places charge and I have moved around alot was 16 a night per animal. Sometimes if you can put 2 in the same cage they give you a small discount on one animal per cage.
what we will do for our animals. .
One year my cat just kept jumping up into the middle of the tree. . we came home from work several times with the tree in the floor. . we eventually anchored the tree to the floor AND ceiling. . . as he got older he got calmer. . I'm sad to say last Christmas was his last - he died in January at age 17. . . He was a good friend. .
Yup, just like animals, neither can they. LOL

animals
I would do the samething, have two dogs that I love dearly which one is blind and has lived in the same house since she was a puppy, and still runs into the walls and things. It is so sad to see, so I would never do anything to make it any harder on her. Bless you for being so caring.
