Somewhat tame

My sister managed to tame a feral cat or two, but to her experience, they will never be a house cat. She managed to tame them to where they were friendly and no longer terrified, but not willing to stay in the house. Even tamed, they still tend to be spooky.
Best bet would be to fix her and find her a nice barn home.
