Very interesting. So what is all the noise about 1/31 then? If they are going to give you one they must by that date so you can in turn claim that income on your forms? Thanks...

You are not required by law to let them in. sm
Have been through this once before. I hired a lawyer for $800. We refused an in-home interview and they were also not allowed to interview the kids at school. The lawyer sent them a letter stating their claim was false and we had a meeting/interview in the lawyer's office. Got a letter a few days later that the case was closed. Do not let them run over you. You do have rights!
If the ex is gone, I'd be putting his stuff on the porch and saying if it is still there in so many days, in the dumpster it goes. He can get him a storage building if he wants to tote around magazines all his life! Next time he wants food, offer to let him eat there but do not send anything or any money with him as that is making you the enabler and I doubt that money would go for food.
But who required him to get the signature? His own
school or hers? If it was his own school, that's what I'm saying, that I wouldn't have bothered telling them in the first place. I wouldn't think it was her school because I've never heard of a school requiring attendees to get permission from their other school -- their parents maybe, but school?! The whole thing doesn't make sense.
Yes, they should be fired and required to refund
They hurt everyone with this. It is lying, cheating and stealing.
About accounting ... you're required to have
Just so you know.
Our schools are required to perform
visual and hearing tests at certain ages. Really don't understand why you are so upset. These tests catch problems some parents are not aware of. They are not invasive, so don't see the problem.
This should be required for every U.S. medical school
(along with the mandatory course on "how to dictate").
This is so amazing on so many levels, I don't even know where to start.

Her school required a signature for
students from other schools from their principal.
Being drafted, only one year of service is required. This was the case
Can see why draft is not being sought.
