Question about spare ribs (sm)

I have a slab of pork ribs to cook for dinner (not baby back) I like them cooked with sauerkraut, but DH doesn't. Any ideas?

The pain has not always been in the ribs
Did not go there (diagnosed in 2004/2005) until around the first of 08/2007. Now it could be the connective tissue that is around the ribs but nevertheless still ribs front and back. I realize physicians think some are drug seekers- I am in later years, trying to work most days, have things I like to do such as traveling and really just want a little pain relief. I was given Lyrica and Flexeril. I believe Lyrica has gotten a bad rap but will have to check up on that. Thanks for the post!
baby back ribs
Any suggestions on how best to cook a rack of baby back ribs? I've searched the web a little, but I don't want anything fancy. I think I used to boil them (so they'd be tender) and then pop them in the oven for a while with bbq saucer, but the recipe on the package says to slow cook them in the oven (350). I just don't want to ruin them!! Thanks. Again, no fancy schmancy, just regular ribs :-)
Ribs would be great cos you can do them ahead of time
