I've gotten totally hooked on his murder mysteries. Not horribly gruesome.
But nobody, NOBODY beats "Elizabeth Peters." In my not-so-humble opinion.

Dear Mrs. Robinson- these were children
of 8 and 9 years that the original said "he tried to put the moves on." That is not considered tickling- that is considered a pedophile. You. my dear, should read more closely. I love and respect my husband but I would turn him in myself if I knew he ever tried something like this with young children- as in "put the moves on."
Peter Jennings used to say that, too.
Miss him!
Yes, thanks to God and Peter who said "I will build my sm
church on this rock." And ever since, as Christians, we've always had a sense of community, like-minded believers who fellowship and gather and love one another as we worship, pray, and serve God. It is an amazing thing. I sure do wish you were a part of that! LOL I love you and you are absolutely hysterical and hilarious - Christian or not. I don't care! You are awesome. I've always said if I were in Maine (I'm in the south) I'd be your friend. Every day of the week! And we wouldn't have to talk about God or anything. I'm so sick of religion and religious people and people who throw stones. Ugh!
"The Party" with Peter Sellers. None funnier. Not a well known movie, but hysterical. nm
