I also think what they are doing is equal to "bait and switch" and it is illegal.  No one can tell me that they don't have the resources to pay attention to their own website and adjust it according to their stock.  Turn them in!  Turn them in!  They are heartless at Walmart and I'm not flaming you, just remember what they have done to you, all the stress they have created for you and think twice before you every order or buy anything from them again.
