how is the on-line WW? I went to one meeting and bought all the books/materials and have just been trying to do it on my own. Does the on-line version offer a lot of benefit? Does it help with following the plan or is it more for support?

what kind of maintenance plan does Nutrisystem have? It always seemed to me that once you stopped eating their food you would gain all the weight back. And, I, too heard the food was awful.

I have read your other responses and you have bashed on every person that has taken hormones, or other things, throughout menopause. Taking medication does NOT make us less feminine, for some of us it keeps us from carrying out illegal acts, such as hiding bodies in the back yard.
I NEED to be on Wellbutrin to keep me on an even keel, I NEED to take birth control pills to keep me from needing IV iron. I don't think either one of these makes me less feminine.
I think my husband would beg to differ that feminism has made men less masculine. He is most definitely all male!
While I do like to take a natural approach when possible I do not think that medicine is the root of all evil. And if you believe that (which is what it sounds like), why are you even in the medical field??
To be brief, while I can understand curiosity..
about me, etc, I should be the one who decides if contact is going to happen. This person found me through the internet, knows way too much about me thanks to the internet, wants a relationship, which is fine by me but it should be on my terms. I have been open and honest with everyone who knows me, never had a problem with giving a child up for adoption, it was never a secret in my family. The daughter I gave up contacts me through email a couple of times a year, gets angry when she doesn't hear what she thinks she should hear and then disappears for months at a time. She is very vague on info about hersefl, but she knows everything about me, including my address, etc. I certainly don't want a pop in visit without some warning!

your children don't appreciate or acknowledge you, aren't close to them now, etc., when they were growing up, were you close to your parents & spent time with them, etc.?

Endocarditis can involve the heart muscle, heart valves, or lining of the heart. Most people who develop endocarditis have underlying valvular heart disease.
Injection drug use, recent dental surgery, permanent central venous access lines, prior valve surgery, and weakened valves are risk factors for developing endocarditis.
Bacterial infection is the most common source of endocarditis. However, it can also be caused by fungi. In some cases, no causative organism can be identified.
