Has anyone ever printed and used on-line coupons,
specifically for groceries?  If so, can you recommend a free site?  Thank you!
call the manufacturer. (nm)

Thx. I printed it and will try it. I've gotten some

I think it can be both digital only or printed (sm)
if I understand it correctly. But you have to have a pretty good printer to print your page creation, I would say, or be able to send the image to a photo shop.

The CM Memory Manager program is actually pretty affordable so far as they go; I think it's 40 dollars. I used some of the free organizing softwares out there but none of them really quite worked with my brain right, if that makes sense, and the CM one did. But then again, I also use their photo organizing system as well, and it's sort of based on that. Plus I could do red eye fixes and light editing, which takes many of my pictures from just mediocre to good.

As an aside, the paper products and tools that CM has ARE pretty expensive compared to some other brands, but the quality is really high. You can go to the bank on the archival quality of their papers, unlike the stuff you find at the discount stores. (I was surprised to find that there's no law controlling the claim of 'acid free' or 'archival safe' it means nothing legally!) Then again, they're not the only good stuff out there, either, which is what some try to tell you. That was true a decade ago, perhaps, but not anymore. JMHO.
I use coupons when I can get them, but lately
Safeway gives a few in its weekly mailings, Lucky practically ZERO. I've tried using the coupon websites, but don't like all the spam I get as a result. So I, too, look for what's on sale. I also double check the unit pricing, which gives a better idea of what is more of a bargain than something else. (i.e., ".31 cents per oz.", etc.) If I product I formerly bought a lot of (for example, granola bars) turn into "incredible shrinking products", which seem to get tinier each month, then I stop buying them. I figure, if you can eat an entire granola bar in one bite, it is no longer a granola BAR - it is a granola BITE! And I'm not gonna pay $4-5 bucks for a box of 6 "bars", when it takes all 6 to make you feel like you've eaten anything. A few years ago, a granola bar and some milk was a good on-the-go "breakfast" - now it's more of an on-the-go tidbit. And $5 for a box of Corn Flakes, where the level of cereal contained within the box is now hovering right at or below the halfway mark, and the rest is AIR? Forget it. Cereal has got to be the biggest gyp in the entire supermarket. Nowadays I pretty much just have oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. Used to eat a cup of yogurt, but those have shrunk drastically in size, as well.

I have to laugh that the Pres. thinks a one-time "economy booster" check of roughly $600 is going to be of much use in convincing people to spend more. It would only work for me if I got an extra $600 every month!
Coupons

Clip coupons from your local newspaper or print them online.  Also see if any of your local stores double coupons.  Freds doubles coupons on Saturdays and Kroger always doubles coupons (up to a certain amount).  If you can catch things on sale and double a coupon on it you can get stuff free a lot of times.

If you shop online, check the internet for coupon codes for the store before you check out.  A lot of times you can get free shipping or a percentage off your purchase, especially for national chains like Best Buy, Toys R Us, Target, etc.

Check stores you normally wouldn't for common household products.  I find good deals on household necessities (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc) at our local farm supply store.

See if your power company offers real-time billing based on peak and off-peak times.  It's not for everybody, but it could save you money if the off-peak hours are times that would be feasible for you to use the big appliances like the dryer or stove.

If you can't afford new windows, cover the ones you have with plastic.  On the really cold nights I hang heavy blankets or towels over all the windows to help keep the heat in and avoid the cold air radiating from the window.

My grandparents used to shut off part of their house and just heat half of it.  Of course, they were empty nesters and had more house than they needed, but it could still work for any rooms that aren't used that often.  I have vents in my pantry and my closet that I shut off every winter.  No sense in heating rooms I'm in for five seconds at a time.

Instead of cooking enough to eat for a day or two, make up a bunch and freeze some.  I'll make enough BBQ or Italian beef to fill my crock pot or my roaster and keep enough out to eat for a day or two and freeze the rest.  It saves a ton of time and saves power because instead of cooking 5 or 6 small batches you're just cooking one big one.

I have a thing that goes on the exhaust hose of my dryer to vent it into the house instead of blowing the heat outside in the winter.  It also adds lots of moisture to the air.  You can also just tie piece of pantyhose over the end of the hose, just make sure to keep the lint cleaned out of it.

I used to use coupons a lot
& had one of those little wallet things with tabs for organizing them. I haven't done that in years. Maybe I should get back to it.

There are 2 markets up here, a vons & a stater bros. Right across the street from one another. The vons is totally overpriced, especially since they did a makeover a couple of years ago & now are all quiche-y & gourmet-looking inside, to cater to the tourists from LA. The stater bros. is much more where the locals shop. I notice Stater Bros. really pushes its own brand; name brands are very expensive in that store. But the produce is always a lot cheaper than at vons.
I would use coupons more if FL doubled them sm

As it is, I will use them if it is something I normally buy, but most of the stuff I get is not stuff they have coupons for, or it is for a different brand that I don't like. Florida doesn't charge sales tax on groceries and we don't have state income tax, but we pay higher grocery prices on a lot of things for that reason. And as much as people hate Wal-Mart, that is where I do my shopping because it is affordable and the prices don't change from week to week because of sales ads, which is mostly bumping up prices on stuff so that you really aren't getting that much of a deal anyway.

try looking at these sites - sm
Craigslist under Louisville had a real estate section/rental section.

Try BuyOwner.com. you can rent or buy to own.

Try sublets.com.

My DH looks at some sites now and then - sm
but just the picture sites; he does not pay or do any webcam sites. He listens to Howard Stern too, which is mainly where he gets the website addresses and he checks them out. He does not do it very often though and he knows I think it is s-t-u-p-i-d but I don't feel threatened by it though I don't have those girl's bodies or boobs (I'm not even an A, his ex was a D) He does not go there to get off though. But if he started to do webcam or pay sites then yes I'd have something to say. He know this too. I know him well enough to know he would never cheat on me; but if he ever did I'd be out the door. But your definite and mine vary on that score. Looking to me is not cheating, he'd have to be in the room with them touching them somehow. Though again I do not like the webcam thing and would not tolerate that either. This is an issue you should definitely discuss with him before giving up on your marriage.
Not sure of any sites to look at, but
I was taking care of my 90 y/o grandma until a few months ago. She used to live with my mom and then when my mom passed away I took over her care. She really didnt need any type of health care, as she is very healthy for 90, but I had to do all her domestic care as she was just too old to clean, wash clothes, grocery shop, et cetera. She recently moved into an independent living apartment, so much of that has eased, but she still needs some looking after. It is not an easy job, but the rewards are wonderful. It pleases me to be able to care for my aging grandma. She is an awsome person and I hope I can do everything possible for her. Good luck to you and I hope you find what you are looking for. Grandparents are a blessing!!

The sites I read
made it sound like that is traditional thinking, that stopping use of laxatives will always or usually reverse the condition. But I also saw a site or two that admitted that there have been studies that didn't correlate the two things as always going together. And melanosis coli causes no symptoms, so if you were there for something symptomatic and she didn't treat you, I'm not too impressed with her doctoring. They have good choices now for chronic constipation, and there can be anatomical reasons for constipation; it doesn't make you a head case. MiraLax works well, and it's now offered OTC.

I think this was the site that said melanosis coli didn't cause symptoms, or else something else that I found interesting.

It's not the fact that he goes on those sites

My husband and I have used porn during our marriage to "spice things up," and I was perfectly okay with that. The OP is not. This is an area of marriage where I think there must be either agreement or acceptable compromise, or the marriage will not work.

Yes, they should try to work things out before giving up on their marriage. But it doesn't sound promising.

Here are 2 sites I've used before. sm.

The perfumed court specialize in samples of perfumes, My friend turned me on to them who gets samples from them all the time and I've gotten quite a few as well.

good sites
Thanks for the sites. I had her call her grandma and talk to her dad. I dont think she will cut her hair again... or at least until she is a teenager rebelling against society or what not.
This was on before and she noted on many MT sites s/m
that the "work" they did was all practice dictation, not her real work.
Sheesh, no I don't shop on either on those sites. They
jaj;da
Truthfully, I'll be using both sites
I don't know why we necessarily have to chose. I'm here or there for the information and fun at times. I visit other MT sites as well.

Good ideas below, also bento sites (sm)
For variety, if he's at all food adventurous, try bento type meals (Japanese).
Lunch In a Box has a great article on food safety for bentos. Some things you may not have to refrigerate if packed safely. Also Fit & Fresh is a good brand of boxes with custom-fit ice packs to keep stuff cold for 6 hours. Combine that with a thermos with warm food and you've got a good winter meal.

If you find yourself fascinated by bento as I was, Just Bento is another good site for info on it.
I don’t read the sites you give as I disagree with you
and don’t need to look any further. What you say is wait until a guy gets old enough, may not have issues and then if he does get it wacked off then and then go through much more pain than he would certainly remember as a child or even have as a child. Yeh, makes a lot of sense to me.
Thank you for your kindness - i did find a few things on competition sites sm
but they were all pretty boring, lol. we are going to do like you suggested and rent some of those movies this weekend to get that frame of mind going. i coached her little league cheer group and we won first place at competition so she is kinda counting on me for help, but i am brain froze on cheerleading, LOL!
I love that site, one of my no-fail smile sites.
Love the picture; I love my kitties.
Chiropractor sites often discuss point tenderness
at those dimples like you are describing. I really think it is due to psoas muscle tightness from sitting too much for your job. If you do see a doctor, make certain you mention the point tenderness in that dimple area. And definitely stop sitting on a foot (as I sit here on one foot to take pressure off my sitter bones).

Sounds good! I can tell you that these dating sites do not work. I have never seen so many needy
men on them.  I wont meet anyone without talking to them first by phone and believe me when I tell you they all have their stories as to why they are broke, why they have been married 5 times, why they are still raising kids at 60 years old, etc.  What you suggested sounds good.  I have a few lifelong male friends that I usually always go places with so I never really had an opportunity to meet other new people when I go out and about so I plan to start doing more things on my own.  I really  dont mind doing that.  It may be fun actually.  Appreciate all your ideas!

Oops, sorry, I see your
daughters had it last year so you already know all about taking care of it!  Sorry, but for anyone else may be some help, and it did help to talk to the adminstrator at least in part.  Another thing for anyone with a daughter with light blond hair, like mine had and still does, you can't see the nits real easy.  She has enough hair for 10 people, kind of always a little joke between us because I'm always asking her to share some with me.   The nit comb didn't work very well because her hair was so thick and nits hard to see in the light blonde hair, so I needed to hand pick the nits (why I'm such an excellent ~nit picker~ ) and slide them off, kind of partitioned her hair off in sections and went section by section, still gives me the creeps to this day, and that was quite a long time ago!  I did feel sorry for those girls who came from a family like that, though, who didn't seem to care and a school administration who was clueless, I guess, to boot!  I think many schools these days handle this kind of situation differently, though.

I do not look like his mom, but I act just like her - both read books all the time, take a travel light on our trips to keep reading at night, both watch the same TV shows, both dress in similiar ways, like the same kind of careers -

1932 - The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and symptoms of the disease. They all subsequently die from syphilis, their families never told that they could have been treated.
