I really want to share how easy you can cook a turkey breast. Got this from my SIL. Put a frozen turkey breast in a crock-pot with about half the pot filled with water and a stick of butter. Cover with foil and then put the lid on. Turn on low. This will cook overnight or all day. It is amazing how juicy the meat is and sooooo easy. I'm sorry I was not any help.
