I had a pomeranian too and what a fabulous little dog they are! Mine could always make me smile with his antics, and yet was the sweetest and most loving little thing in the world at the same time. I cried almost hysterically all night and through the next day, even though I knew he was in a very, very good home. I had gotten him when I was disabled and home pretty much 24/7. When I recovered and was able to go back to work (I was working in-house), he did not adapt well to the shock of being home alone all day and began to get nervous habits, such as pulling out his hair, chewing his paws, etc., and I knew I had to get him into a home, preferably with someone retired or someone who was at least home the majority of the time. It just broke my hair. I'd see him and the couple whom I placed him with at the beach occasionally, and even though I could tell he was deliriously happy, it still broke my heart. I cannot imagine how much of a basketcase I would have been had someone stolen him from me. I don't how those pet thieves sleep at night, knowing they've deprived someone of a very beloved pet.
I know how lonely you feel, because I was there, too. If you have a particular small breed in mind, there are lots of breed-specific rescue sites on the internet. Just google, for example, "chihuahua rescue," and listings should pop up for your area. You can probably find a wonderful little dog that needs a home from one of the sites, and you'd be 'saving' it at the same time.
Good luck to you and I hope your heart heels soon. My little pom was the spitting image of Sharon Osborne's 'Minnie', and every time I see a cream-colored pom I get all sentimental.
Time to go get a tissue now....Good luck with your search!!! ~HUGS~

OMG!! I have cried a river reading this...sm
I am a softie for dogs anyway, and I especially have a special place in my heart for pit bulls and beagles too. This goes to show what wonderful dogs a pit can be. I am not surprised at all that this dog did this because a pit is one of the most smart, loving, feeling dogs you could ever meet. If they are raised right that is. It is so typical of a pit to risk his own life to save someone in need. This pit who some people claim are dangerous could have very well saved this woman and her son from a tragic end. And then for him to jump in her back seat as if to say please take me home. I just would have begged them to please let me take him home. I am glad to know if nobody claims him she will take care of him now because he deserves it. He truly is an "angel." THIS is why I love pit bulls. Until you know one you don't know the love they are capable of.
When I was 30 I cried because I was S/M
unmarried and no kids. Then when I was 40 I had the flu with chills so bad I shook all over. They were the worst, but now years have gone by and I look back and wish so much I had done things differently.
she cried at end for Melinda Doolittle
just an overly emotional prepubescent 10 y/o girl is all that little girl was being - herself actually
I cried all through it, I'll miss it
:(
I cried my eyes out watching that.....sm
My hubby watched it with me and he turned to me and said that will us when we get older.
I am one of the lucky ones, I guess. We were teenage sweethearts and to this day are very much in love and have a strong relationship and wonderful foundation for our two teenagers!
my husband and i laughed til we cried!
I know what you mean. When I first saw it I cried for joy. Glad I could share SM
that with you. Hope tomorrow is better for you.
she cried equally at end for Melinda Doolittle
I remember crying over the Beatles when I was 14.....LOL
I cried when they put that woman in the truck and said she died 2 days later
I called them today and begged and practically cried.
I also posted on the Folger's website. And it's not just me. I can't for the life of me imagine why they would do such a thing. I guess life could be worse, but at the moment I can't imagine how, what with making 60% less than I did 2 years ago, getting stiffed on child support, no economic stimulus rebate, and now no latte.
Anyone else watch Hallmark Hall of Fame tonight? Even cried during commercials.
OH MY GOSH!
.
oh my gosh!
I have a friend whose daughter got pregnant by her boyfriend. He wanted nothing to do with the baby or her. Guess who got stuck paying child support?? Yep, you got it. The parents of the boy. I have to say, I can kind of understand that.
I worry to death about that with my son and my daughter. They are both preteen and I try so hard to instill good moral values in them. I'm not naive enough to not realize that no matter how devout of a Christian you are, no matter how well you bring up your children, no matter how good the communication is between you and your children, that they won't make mistakes. MY OH MY! One little mistake like that can change your life forever.
I'm going to my doctor here in a few years and tell him I want an endless supply of Xanax or Valium. hahaha. Seriously, that is going to STRESS ME OUT.
Oh my gosh!
Were you married to my ex also? hahaha, just kidding. I totally agree. After 18 years of "staying together for the kids," we called it quits. Things had been really bad for a really long time. I've been divorced for three years now and not only are my children much happier and more well adjusted now, they also have much better parents now that we aren't together. Best of luck to you. By the way, it was 21 years ago today that I married the devil and I just remembered. Talk about irony........
Oh my gosh
I was a huge fan as well, but I was only like 10 or 11 when they were so big. My favorite was Jordan, oh my goodness I just loved him. My room was plastered with posters, I had buttons, had his doll, etc. By the time I turned 13 though I was over it. Puppy love ;-) It was fun while it lasted though. That is a great story.
Oh my gosh, I'm the same way!!
:-)
OH, my GOSH!
You sure CAN relate! No, my baby was not here. I will see her tonight! She would have shivered her timbers over that one! WOW! When she growls it is just a tiny ERRRR . . When she barks sometimes it sounds like she is coughing! She is ADORABLE! Help me, ME2, I am kinda scared to go downstairs now. What did you think about Rick. AKA Herman Munster!
We will have Tyne's party tonight. I sure wish you and Cupid could join us!!!!!!!!!
I always repeat to her three times . . Love ya, love ya, love ya!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TYNE, MY PRECIOUS LITTLE ANGEL.
Gosh!
It's a good thing I'm not transcribing this morning. Far less painful. I'm done now.
Oh my gosh - I want him.
What a handsome dog. Great haircut on him. He's dapper, yet rugged.
oh my gosh!!!!
what do you say to that one! not right!
gosh no, i think its better than ever!!
x
Oh my gosh. You did
not just say that! My son has no sexual feelings for his mother. What world do you live in. I am not a sicko. I just happen to love my children. It's not like I'm lying there naked beside him or like my husband and I are doing anything in front of him. Please!
Oh my gosh!
I forgot about all that stuff. I guess I was fixated on when he said he wanted to marry her and have babies with her and that he'd wait until she was ready. That was the part I liked.
OH MY GOSH!
Mine does the exact same thing and he doesn't understand why I don't enjoy it. Thinks I'm rejecting him.
Oh my gosh....sm
That is terrible. Unspeakable what that dog did. I cannot believe it. You know I wonder what in the world made that dog snap like that. I wonder if he was being disciplined and got ticked or what. I mean what would set a dog off like that. I mean was it unstable before this happened or what. I would really like to hear more about this. For a dog to attack its own owner something is not right. Usually they are so protective of owners. I wonder if he was being bad and was being disciplined and just snapped. Whatever the case the dog needed to die. He obviously wasn't stable.
Oh my gosh!
She is SO cute!! I could just squeeze her and hug her!
Oh my Gosh!!...sm
I don't know what to say. I mean I knew people had it bad but my gosh you live in utter torment. The first thing that comes to mind is..Where are your parents? Are they willing to help in any way? Could you stay with them a while? Do you have anyone? I don't know how you have lived 14 years with this. I would think on how much I make and see if what I could afford to rent and live on public assistance if I had to because I would not live with that man. Things can't be much worse off than they are now. Try to get a MT job that has insurance and benefits. If not don't they have the CHIPS program where you live where if you make under a certain amount you can get free insurance for your kids? I don't know what to say but leave.
Oh my gosh!!...sm
I am at a loss for words. I have never! And the parents just give in and make her happy! I would pull my hair out! I mean she gets the light and TV on all night and that is not good enough. That is more than a lot of kids get. Spoiled, spoiled, spoiled!
I my gosh, how sad!...sm
That is such a young age to die for a dog. I can relate. I had a dog that was half Yorkie and half chihuahua that died at the age of 3, and we don't know for sure what was wrong with him. He got sick. We took him to the vet multiple times and never could get an answer and he just died. We think it had something to do with the fact at the age of 1-1/2 he accidentally got in some antifreeze. It was on the ground at my dad's shop and I didn't know it was there. I saw him drinking something and said what is he drinking and my husband said that is antifreeze. I grabbed him up and went straight to the vet, and they saved him miraculously. But I believe it damaged his organs and that is what eventually killed him. We even had blood sent to a university to be studied. No answers. I am so sorry about LouLou. I know it is devastating to lose your pet when they are like a member of your family.
Oh my gosh!...sm
He just looks like he is smiling all the time. He looks like he would be laid back too. He doesn't look like a hyper dog. I bet he's a sweetie.
Do the English Bulldogs show protectiveness like Pitbulls do? Or are they pretty much mild mannered? I think English Bulldogs are adoreable but I have never known anyone who owned one. My Pit isn't mean but he is protective if he doesn't know someone, mostly men. He doesn't like strange men to come around. But women he is fine with.
Oh my gosh
I'm getting a stomach ache just looking at that stuff.
Along those same lines, there is a show on BBC America called "You Are What You Eat." The nutritionist gets all the food that these people eat in one week and lays it out on a big table. It's horrible looking. The really interesting thing that always catches my eye is that it's always the same color - it's all sort of a beige color, with little minor variations.
Oh My Gosh!!
Mercy!
Oh gosh...I so
And the medieval movies! Can't stand them either...
Oh my gosh--calling you Ma! (sm)
Wow does that bring back memories! My mother, now deceased, HATED and I mean HATED being called "ma." She used to nearly backhand us if we said it...she said we sounded like bleating sheep!
That is too funny that it grates you the same way!
Oh my gosh! What memories
this brings back, I feel for you!! It's been a long time ago, but it still gets my heart pumping. My daughter had long blonde, THICK hair almost to her waist in 2nd grade. I actually took her to the doctor because I'd never seen them before and didn't know what was going on. He gave me a prescription shampoo, but I suppose there are other better things out there now, don't know and hope I never need to. It took me weeks of combing and picking those nasty things out, her crying the whole time and so embarrassed, like it was her fault. Come to find out the school knew about lice going through the classes, her teacher told me there were 2 girls in her class at the time, one of whom she sat right next to in class, and they had been sent home multiple times for it and warned. I had to call one of her my daughter's friend's mother and tell her my daughter had lice because the friend had just recently spent the night. I spent a little time in the principal's office for sure and asked what the deal was, that nobody was notified it was going around in the school so parents could take precautions and be aware. He said well there was a privacy issue, well what about MY daughter? and was he aware that there was a school not too far away that had actually been closed down for a lice epidemic?!! No...he wasn't. It wasn't like they have to name names, just send a note home with the kids saying there's an issue you need to be aware of (they certainly had no problems in that class with privacy issues when doing their drug awareness program and asking the children personally what their parents drank or took, including coffee, in terms of drugs and alcohol). Well, guess what, they did and no more piling hats and clothes on the playground at recess, wearing other's coats, hats, etc. From then on, my daughter wore her hair in tight french braids to her head, until she decided she wanted it cut off. Man, what a nightmare, I was frantic, spent hours and hours and dollars fumigating, cleaning everything imaginable, toys, bedding, furniture, carpets, car seats...
Well, perhaps it is hoax but gosh just wonder
what would happen if everyone that could be reached decided not to buy gas. Would it not take some money out of the pockets of the gougers? Sounds feasible to me. I called my daughter and she had already heard aobut it. I think I might try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained so I hear.
Oh my gosh that is TOO FUNNY!!!!
that cheered me up for today!
Gosh, it's complicated
There are a lot of women who don't mind taking lower paying jobs so they can have the flexibility of running the household. They want it that way. That is a basic instinct and need for some women.
Now I'm not saying that's a good thing or a bad thing, but it's not necessarily a matter of how genders behave at work.
However, the result is the same and you are right, all women will not be treated the same because of gender roles and because there are still many women who prefer not to relinquish those duties for whatever reason. Obviously that scenario is pretty much reserved for the nuclear family, so across the board, the single mom or the family where both incomes are sorely needed and both have little time to spare for household and kids' activities, are the ones affected most.
Oh gosh...that is just awful...
my husband's 25-year-old cousin actually hung himself last year when my son was almost 8 and we had an opportunity to explain the situation and let him know that he can come and tell us anything without judgment...we owe our children as parents to be open and honest with them!!!
My gosh are you rude
Don't know if anyone has answered your post, but I thought brother are you rude. You know its not that he should help because he's marrying her daughter. He should help because he is supposed to be a responsible human being. How in the world could you treat your future wife/husband family like that. You must live in a "first come first serve and sc#w everyone else" world.
DH and I have moved about 40 times in 25 years. Everytime we've moved our family has been there for us. They said tell us what time to be there. Even my BIL wife to be's family helped out and her brothers had no idea who we were, but they said they were glad to help out. Where is the decency in people anymore. If he was busy on that day, the least he could have said was "I have a prior committment but if you could do it another day I'd love to help out". She didn't say she was his future boss or Queen of England (don't know where you pulled that ignor@nt comment out from) but its with attitudes like that that I'm ashamed of people like you.
Moving is a very stressful time - I know and I'm getting ready to do it again and at 48 and 49 years old it sure is not an easy task.
A little consideration from other humans, especially one who expects to be your family member is in order.
If I were you if your future SIL says anything about your move, just simply say to him "No I've got it covered", then in the future if he ever asks for anything I would also say no, I've got me to take care of and I wouldn't want to put myself out to do anything for you".
Your daughter really should have a talk with him!
Gosh how I envy you.
.
Oh my gosh!! What kind is she? sm
She has some pretty black hair.
Oh my gosh! I love him.. I could just...sm
kiss his little wrinkled face! I think English bulldogs are cute.
Thank you everyone. At least I am not alone but gosh it looks horrible! sm
I LOVE the you tube videos. Thank you so much for posting that. I wondered if there were excercises for that area and I can do those and type too at the same time! Really funny was the poopedoutitis! Loved it!
OH MY GOSH! how scary.
when i picked up those 2 guys, i was raging mad at my employer and in one of those "i don't care" states of mind. another time when i passed a decent looking guy in a hospital parking lot, i ignored the bad feeling i had, and he tried to kidnap and rape me. so maybe our "senses" don't always clue us in, but when they do, we need to LISTEN!!
Gosh, I don't see the problems..If your
contract is up, you're in control. No fees for cancelling. If you usually pay online, go in and change your credit card or checking account information....like put an incorrect expiration date so it won't go through. I regret signing a new contract last month. Should have just gone month to month and bought my own new phone.
I read that and gosh, I use more than
he suggests and still not strong enough. I have used several brands from the whole beans that I grind to others. I need to open my own shop, I guess.
I think she sang, gosh can't remember
if she did either. I agree with Simon. The guys just need to hang it up now. Those females are gonna beat their a.....
Oh my gosh, Sandi. You are hysterical! nm

Oh gosh, I missed the boat on this one!
I just posted what I thought was awesome, not what I was dreaming was awesome! I have no imagination.
Okay, calorie-free ice cream would be my awesome thing. With Cool Whip. Calorie-free Cool Whip.
Oh my gosh - what a cute face and
what rich colors. Those ears look so soft.
That's one handsome beagle!
I bet beagles like games where you hide their favorite treat or toy and they have to sniff it out.
