That's my 6-foot, 3-inch hubby and 6-foot, 5-inch son...
Those quotation marks and apostrophes don't show up on this board, do they!
Also, forgot to mention that the Prius is a whopping 90% less emissions than a regular combustion engine. That's a plus. The electric engine supplements the gas and so the car never loses ground going up hills, great pick up. And don't worry about the rumor that says the batteries eventually die and need pricey replacement. That's not true. There are several individual cells that are not at all expensive to replace and should last many, many miles. There are lots of older Prius on the road now that are going strong after 200,000 miles on the road with not even one cell replacement, much less the entire battery system. They are THE standard for hybrid design right now.
You can find out more about them at the dealer or by googling. The tech-geeks really like the car and put out lots of detailed information on the internet about the Prius.
A little bit more about a fishing pole
My son had his poles stolen out of the back of his truck while he was at work one day. No bearing on the original topic, just wanted to expand a bit on your fishing pole story...have a nice day all!
BTW, I tend to agree with you...I don't believe at all that it's human nature to steal or just take things. I've never been tempted to steal anything from anyone or anywhere. However, I don't agree with the OP that she caught the cleaning lady "red-handed" either. She didn't actually see her take the drawers {{{gross}}}!!!
shorts pole
Over 40, definitely long shorts.
Sounds like you might like to get a pole, huh?

NY here also. Only about 1/2 inch...
son is waiting for a good dumping of snow so he can go snowmobiling. As for me this is one time of the year I prefer the indoors. :-)
that should be 1/2-inch ;-) NM

How old were they when he was touching them??? sm
That makes a big difference. So you are saying he did those things when they were children? I believe someone who would so something like that to a child has a serious problem and I don't think that is something that goes away. There is something screwed up in their brain that tells them right from wrong. Touching a child inappropriately is so terribly wrong that you have to be mentally ill to want to do that. If that is the case, it puts a whole new spin on everything. If you are saying he was 18 and they were 15, I don't see that as molestation. it is wrong because you were married and and they were your sisters - wrong in so many ways. But, if they were children and he was an adult, it is criminal and horrendous. What are you going to do? You have to do something. You can't just live like you are. Are either of your children girls? Has he done anything like this to any of their friends who have come over? It opens up a whole new can of worms if he was touching children. Im sorry for you to have to deal with all of this. But at least you are finding out how he is.
Buy them a carpeted pole designed for this
Cats have to sharpen claws and also they shed the outer layer. Also, leaving their scent is also done by glands in their feet.
I would try to block areas where they are doing this with something or move the furniture if that is an option so to keep them from easy access. Then, put the carpeted pole in the same area.
Do not declaw. They will be defenseless, unable to climb and unable to scratch themselves. You never know that they may end up lost at some point in their life and they will need their claws, it is their only defense as they have weak jaw muscles/bite.
That is still a high $ pole - even at the bottom! nm

this was the most touching Idol yet...
God Bless These Children in Africa and in the Adirondacks in our country (US). This was a great thing American Idol has done......
I think that is really a touching letter. sm
I could send the exact same letter to my mom, unfortunately she is no longer here. Not trying to bring you down, but I am going to start paying more attention to my MIL cooking. She does the Thanksgiving dinner every year and I just make a couple of casseroles. Just may have to spend the day with her which is something I really enjoy doing, most of the time. LOL
Wow! Where are you? We got 1/2 an inch this morning

I saw that, too! They are clever. Also remember putting the pole

You can hardly see once you get past the casino walking into the hotel. I am surprised Flamingo has not been exploded along with some of the really olders, such as Harrahs. Seedy places, I think.
Romey, how touching the video, I just
loved Sophia, have sent her photo out to many.
That is a touching story, and how lucky he was to have
passed so peacefully, and to have a family who respected his wishes. Thanks for sharing that with us.
What happened? was supposed to say 5 feet, 1 inch.
