Not sure yet...

Last night, our oldest son, who is in college, was home because he didn't have to go back to school right away after the weekend, so we had a huge ham dinner with green beans and baked potatoes and brownies and frozen yogurt for dessert. 

Tonight, son #1 will be back at school, my daughter will be getting her nails done for the prom this weekend, so it will be just DH, my youngest son any myself and I have be ready and out the door by 5:30 to pick up my mother to go see Riverdance.  I think we will probably just throw some burgers on the grill.

Your supper last night sounds awesome, BTW.
