your house and you have the right to put up what you want. I can't believe he actually had the nerve to do that. I love halloween too and have the same tape you refer to that I used at a party once. We aren't going to decorate much this year because we won't be here, but next year I plan on doing so.
I don't think it is too much, and I think that's pretty silly to associate that with the school shootings. Geez.
