Guano does contain guanine, but the guanine used on cosmetics is not obtained from bat guano. It's like aspirin - a substance that occurs in nature, but we make it synthetically.
The amount of guanine in guano is relatively small anyway, so there wouldn't be enough batpoop in the world to provide the amount of guanine that the worldwide cosmetic industry requires even if most of the poop weren't located in remote caves that so isolated that collecting it would cost a fortune. Mascara would be a very high-priced luxury in that case.

I think someone produced a bogus story
It's too coincidental to happen. A friend of the person who "supposedly" picture was hung on a store in Prague just happened to be driving by the store???? C'mon. And the store owner thought it was a computer-generated picure???? As they say "I was born at night, but not last night".
First I'm not for putting any pictures on the internet anywhere, but the story sounds fabricated.
Melatonin is a substance which is normally produced by your body
It seems unlikely that it would counteract BCP but you might call your pharmacist and ask.
My husband used to use it when he was in the Air Force and getting sent overseas a lot. It helped him overcome the jet lag more quickly. But then, he didn't have to worry about getting pregnant!
