It sounds like you have openly discussed with your hubs your feelings of being uncomfortable with the situation. Have him tell "A" you are not comfortable being involved and at the very least he should be able to respect that and not come around with the other woman again. It is your home, your territory he is exposing his dirty little secret to and if he has any shred of integrity (though I think not) he would agree to stay away.
