who don't even know how to fall asleep.
I am usually at the end of the day so bushed out that I fall into bed and in 5 minutes I am in deep REM sleep, the stage when one does NOT remember one's dreams or nightmares!
Maybe you all should sleep LESS during the day, so to fall asleep easier and faster in the evening.
I tried to give a medical explanation and an explanation blaming it on nightmares only, which was rejected as 'fly by night diagnosis', so here was my real opinion!
Anxiety-ridden whackos, that's what you are! Believe me, Xanax is not going to help you in the long run, it only COVERS up the real reason why you cannot fall NORMALLY sleep!
You have to fix the root problem, then you do not need Xanax to fall aslepp.
BTW, it takes a long time for the effect to wear off, usually people who take Xanax are still under the influence during the time before noon! Zombies!
Go ahead, if it makes you happy, enjoy your grandmothers' ghosts sitting on your bed!
I am not bitter, not angry, not uptight, I am a normal person, you are the whacko one, not even being able to fall asleep on your own!
The only medicine I take is aspirin, once or twice a month, and I am a very, very, very, very healthy person, contrary to you!
