Just wondering if any of you out there who owns your own Lanier desk top call in system would know if there is a way to reprogram them to get them to have the sound work. It was working and had sound last week, but in the middle of a report I was typing, it went silent. I can use it without my headset & the speaker on, but I really need to use the headset. All my headsets work fine with voice files in Utube and an internet-based program I transcribe on. TIA.

Does anyone know if the Lanier system will work with a Vonage phone line?

Don't know if this will help, but they occasionally get "cranky" and do strange thing. Technician told me to unplug it completely from electrical source and let it sit. He said they have a basic programing and sometimes have to let them cool down and sit for 5-10 minutes to regain their original programming.

Can someone help me with a Lanier LX219 question? sm
I bought a Lanier LX219. Normally when you hit the on/off button you hear a dial tone and you can either dial in the # or you can program that #. When I hit on/off button, it automatically dials a #. How do I clear that out of there?
Thanks,
Tina
